I've just received my glo drops and only 2 days in so will do another review when I've used a bit longer but I just wanted to let people know that there customer service was awesome a shout out to cloe and Sharmaine for keeping me posted on my order and sharmaine touch base the day it arrived to make sure everything was OK with my order. Although there were a few issues with my order, Hannah really stepped up and kept in regular communication with me throughout the process. She was approachable, kind, and incredibly helpful in working through the obstacles and finding solutions.

I’m especially grateful for the reassurance and support she provided, particularly when ordering from a long way away. She went above and beyond what I expected and made me feel secure and looked after as a customer.

Order made in March – still not received in August

I placed an order with GlowDrop at the beginning of March, and I am still waiting for it nearly six months later.

I have tried contacting the company on numerous occasions but have received no response or resolution. I understand that delays can happen, but waiting this long for an order without clear communication is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I simply want to know whether my order is actually coming. If it isn’t, I expect a full refund.

It is incredibly frustrating to have paid for an order months ago and still have no clear information about where it is or when (if ever) I will receive it.

Very disappointed with both the delay and the lack of customer service.

This product is a complete scam! Taste like paint, does nothing! Taking as directed as per company, nothing! You pray on the stupidity of the public!! Don’t waste your money it’s a fake product, they buy their 5 star reviews!

Bought months ago 6 bottles of glowDrop and I can tell you that does absolutely nothing to your skin tone. No side effects either but I just paid 80€ for an expensive drink, like a lot of other customers.
I wouldn't recommend buying it, it doesn't work.

Product doesn’t work or do anything - when I reached out for a refund, they refused me my consumer rights under law, and denied me a refund.

If ANY merchant sells a product that doesn’t do as it claims, then they need to take accountability.

I hope other consumers are wary and understand their rights…

GlowDrop is a farce!!

Stop selling fake products and making “influencers” fake the results to line their pockets also…

Fast delivery!!!! Great follow up thank u soo much Lez and Hannah, the personal touch is really amazing!!! I have started using the product and it tastes Yum mixed with a Berocca in the morning!! I have just nearly finished my first bottle and got an email saying buy one get one free so I followed the link to order. On looking at my email confirmation the free bottle hadn’t been added, after several emails with Lez at customer service I have been told that I will not be receiving a free bottle. Absolute con which is such a shame as I thought the product was great. I will now be looking for an alternative

If I could give this shop a 0 star I would. I placed an order right at the beginning of July 2026 and placed a second order as I was excited about the products and there was a good sale going on. I reached out to customer service numerous times as I was receiving no tracking updates. They said they were unable to provide me with updates because that was up to the shipper to send them. I received the packages just under a month later and wanted to return the products for a refund. By the time the products were finally delivered I had maybe 4 days to reach out to customer service, wait for a reply with details on how to return, and actually return the package to even get a refund. The second package came in at the same time as the first one I ordered in only a few weeks so I had a bit more time to return. I reached out to customer service for both packages requesting to return them and I got no reply. I then sent another email for information after a couple of days of not hearing anything for them to just say look over the return policy and let us know why you want to return the products. I got a reply a couple of days later saying I wasn't eligible for a return because It was over 30 days after I made the purchase. Even though they took almost 30 days just to get me the products so I don't know how that's on me to return packages I didn't even have. I am so frustrated and honestly disgusted by the company. It is clearly a scam and they're just trying to get money from people. Do NOT purchase from this store.

Great service provided by Hannah. My bottles arrived leaking and they replaced all three bottles free of charge and was also able to give me the golden goddess level feee of charge on my end. Great all around.

The postage timing was acceptable, especially given the international nature of the purchase.

Lez was extremely prompt in replying to my question, I'm looking forward to trying Glowdrop and will follow up with another feedback once I've begun my Glow journey.

This is my first purchase with this company and I am very impressed with their customer service! As someone who runs a call center, I truly appreciate the willingness to help and the level of professional I received. I forgot to add my discount code and emailed them; they replied immediately and handled my request - no questions asked. Amazing service and I cannot wait to receive my products. Thank you!

SKETCHY!!! I bought the glow drops, but shortly after researching I learned they are not safe for use. I requested a refund per their refund policy ( 30 days after purchased and unopened package) Out of all 5 of my emails requesting a return I got two responses, both stating they would “ see what options are available”, then no further communication even when I tried to follow up. It’s a scam, don’t buy.

Absolute waste of money. I got sucked in and bought these and it did nothing at all. All the 5 star reviews are on customer service and none are on the product itself! That should have told me the answer but I tried them anyway. This would be a scientific breakthrough and would be on the news if it actually worked. Please save your money. Too good to be true- definitely!

I received the product 2 days ago. Yesterday I took the 2 ml and by that evening I had diarrhea. I woke up all night long with diarrhea and by the next day I had diarrhea when I didn't have anything left. It was like prepping for a colonoscopy. I lost 3 lbs. Needless to say I tossed it away. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
PAID for items I never recieved which Included insurance (for consumer protection and loss of package). Company refuses to give a refund or respond to emails. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT PURCHASE.
