Excellent service, the products are amazing, have been using for a few months, noticed a difference skin seems a lot clearer and glowing. Just wish delivery came quicker and cheaper. Or even having these products sold in UK stores.

NIDA has taken the order then not shipped the product due to 'increases in fuel costs'.
I have followed up 3 times and have received automated emails thanking me for my patience. Items were purchased 4 weeks ago with no commitment to a delivery date or option to refund.

My experience with NIDA has been extremely disappointing.

I placed my order on June 26th, and it has still not been delivered. What is even more frustrating is that no one from their team proactively reached out to explain the delay or provide any updates. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening with my order.

To this day, no clear reason for the delay has been provided. I even pointed out that the recent Middle East situation should not be used as an excuse, as I have continued to receive orders from China, Thailand, and most recently Korea without any delays. Other companies have managed to deliver on time, so the issue appears to be with NIDA’s logistics and customer service.

Adding to the frustration, they offered a refund that excluded the shipping fee. If an order cannot be delivered due to the seller’s failure, customers should receive a full refund, including the shipping charges. It is unfair to make customers pay for a shipping service that was never completed.

What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. Had someone informed me that there was an issue with the shipment, I would have understood. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates, no explanation, and no initiative from the company. Customers should not have to chase a business just to find out where their order is.

If NIDA cannot reliably fulfill orders to the UAE, they should resolve their logistics and communication process before continuing to advertise and accept orders from customers in the region.

Delays can happen. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service should not.

For the first time I actually have a doubt about the product.. but I tried because of the many positive reviews and I was considered to try.. except for the fast shipping 5 days before I tried now I'm looking to order again the 10 sets... Just guest why I order again.. better to tried it to yourself and to know what I mean.

Do not buy from this site..they take your money and don’t deliver the product ..waiting 3 weeks..shite company

It doesn't work. I've used it for 4 days now and nothing. The videos show pretty much instant change. I'm very disappointed..won't be buying this again. I think the advertisements are fake

I saw many of the adverts online . Because NIDA said there is a money back guarantee i bought many bottles of all their products to try . The only one i didn’t buy was the face wash as i couldn’t see it available at time of purchase .

Been using for about 3 weeks .

Haven’t seen much difference in my dark spots .
The advertising is over exaggerated .
I would say the cream is ultra light .
Not sure if it’s worth wasting money on with no real noticeable results .
Will keep using to see if any improvements long term .

This is my genuine experience of using Nida for puffy eyebags for two weeks; in their ads, they say that you can see the immediate result in an hour, but that’s not true. I used it for two weeks with no result. I wanted to return the product but they do not cover shipping charges and do not provide free return labels. Fake reviews and fake user generated content online. I do not recommend it. Do not waste your money.

Delivery of my Ultimate Moisturiser Cream was delivered on time and I had to try it immediately. This cream actually FEELS luxurious the second I massage it gently to my skin. I’ve got sensitive skin so I like to stick to one moisturiser that I trust, and I’ve definitely found it. Buying some for my daughter tonight. I know she’ll love it.

The products that l bought works very well with my skin. They are affordable too.

I love the products that I have tried. They are making a difference too, since I'm starting to get compliments about my skin. This is pretty surprising, especially since I'm 57 years old. The tone seems much better, and it hasn't irritated my skin. My daughter has stolen the hyaluronic acid serum; she says it's the only thing that doesn't irritate her skin. She uses it like a moisturiser. I just use the neck and eye cream (yellow line) and moisturiser (blue line); also, the facial sun serum is absolutely lovely (orange line). I think I'll try a serum for my skin too next time I order. I will be ordering again. It's good stuff. I've been using it for about 6 months, I think.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and promptly. The products are great, and affordable. My family and I all use the moisturizer and eye cream. I have dark circles and puffy eyes, the eye cream really does work. Thank you NIDA. Can't wait to try your new products.

Well let me tell you and I never review products but my skin has never looked like it does now at my age!! It’s amazing how well they work at such reasonable prices! Just try it and see for yourself!
