Love love love these pans. I have not had them long but even in the short time of having them. I have loved every bit of them. The cleaning is so easy and keeping the seasoned has made cooking a breeze. Can’t wait to try more in the collection. I only have a few pieces. Just got the knives and they cut like butter. Can’t wait to get more of those too!

Everything I cook in my new Hex Clad pots and pans taste better than ever have before. I may not be able to cook like Gordon Ramsay but Hex Clad sure upped my game.

I loved Hexclad products, you can cook anything, without fear of sticking it to the pan, depth and size of wok is perfect, after some years, I saw some discoloration in the pan, I messaged Hexclad, they replaced it for free. I thought life time warranty is no such thing, but they honored it. In the process, Ruben A, Deivid J, Marlin Acosta and Moises, all of them helped me, thank you.

Excellent quality, pay attention to heat settings (use an infrared thermometer), use enough oil, follow all directions (as you should with any quality cookware), and you will have no problem. This stuff delivers as promissed. Excellent cookware!

I had been having some problems with my pans sticking for awhile. I reached out to Hexclad customer service and John A helped me out. He gave me instruction on how to get the grease buildup off and start from scratch. The cleaning directions did take the buildup off and it helped however I was still having issues and noticed a chip in one of my pans. I reached out again and he took care of the issue right away. He ordered a replacement for all 3 of my pans! I’m very excited to get these new pans clean and seasoned and back to cooking. Thanks John A for your fast, no hassle customer service!

I had two situations with this company that were dealt with promptly and professionally. The first was when I ordered the wrong pan, and the most recent, when there was a problem with the pan after a few months. I was impressed then, and again now, that I was responded to immediately, and this was true with each email I sent. The customer service team are prompt, polite, reasonable, and don’t give you the endless runaround when dealing with your issue. It’s really refreshing. This time I dealt with Hazel, Helado, Brie, Hector and Martin A. Congrats on a Customer Service Department true to its name!! 😍👏

Whoever wrote the good reviews did not have their pans long enough. I have had a terrible time, used the pans as directed according to instructions. Was sent a replacement pan for the first pan that started to stick and not work correctly. Then had no better luck after a few months with the new terrible pan. They are great for a few months. I followed all instructions, seasoning, washing, heat recommendations, etc. They are the most overpriced several month pan you will ever buy.

John A. was great to work with. He helped me troubleshoot the issue with my pan first and walked me through different cleaning and seasoning steps to see if we could get it back to normal. When that didn’t fix the problem, he made the replacement process really easy and offered to send me a new pan. I really appreciated that he took the time to actually help me try to fix it before just moving on to a replacement. Great customer service. I truly love this cookware.

Hazel N and Mishaunna were both extremely helpful and so prompt! I sent a CS message about a defective section of my new cutting board and within 30 minutes everything was resolved and a new board is on its way. So impressed. Another reason to love this company. Thanks so much Hexclad. I’m also still completely in love with the knives my husband and I treated ourselves to for Christmas last year. Everything is truly too notch.

We had tried all sorts of pepper/salt grinders. We thought Oxo was the state of the art until we got the hexclads. The fine grind is almost powdery and the course is chunky. Great product and customer support is 5 star. thank you. Gary

Hexclad is a total scam. Is not nostick pan. I have try everything and the egg stick, banana get stuck, pancakes, everthing. My $20 pan from walmart works beter. No a word from customer service ether when i try to ask if that is how it is. Lost my money, is trash. All those good reviews has to be fake.

I had a problem with my twelve Inch pan.. I sent in pictures and they sent me a brand new pan plus my griddle, that I asked for that they were offering on another site free If you bought the
6 pc.set.. So I asked if I could have that. And they sent that to me, also I am very impressed with hexclad, and I plan on purchasing the pots at a later date. I use the fry pans more,
So I got that six piece first.. And they also ship very quickly. And when you message them, they message you right back, no waiting, No wondering always a wonderful quick response.. And it's because THEY CARE❤️
