Still getting used to the pans. They distribute the heat fairly evenly. A few items want to stick, working g on that.

Purchase made by mistake due to misleading and purposeful omissions that affect quality information and place of origin of titanium cookware, sent cancellation email within less than an hour, and no response in spite of the advertised “4 hours” window. Advertised customer service number is disconnected. Cancelled transaction with credit card company. Seller should be avoided at all cost!!

I had requested to cancel my order. Was told via email that they had already shipped my set of pans. So I then nothing arrived and tracking literally showed nothing. So I emailed again. They said it indeed had been canceled and not shipped. However, no refund has been initiated to Affirm. I need this resolved. It is a lot of money for me.

as in shipment in the past with varied companies, same type of products, the utensils are getting damaged in shipping pressures they encounter against the top rim of pots and pans or bent over the edge of inner boxes because they need to been boxed separately and shielded on all sides

I purchase 5 okura pans for friends and family everyone has enjoyed cooking with these pans . Once u apply. Oil to the pan everything cooks evenly and clean up is easy. Some have used the dishwasher others hand clean after each use . All love the pan

Does a great steak and fried eggs - that’s why I got it - no Du Pont Teflon. Happy bought the bacon there pan as well now

As a classically trained chef of Le Cordon Bleu Seattle, I find the Okura skillet the best I have used in my 53 years of cooking.

The pans are great just learning the temperature for move stove.

I've used my pans a few times already to cook hamburgers, lambchops, and pan fried chicken and I was surprised at how evenly the heat was distributed and using a little olive oil or butter the food did not stick. There was some char on the pan from the grease and initially when I started to clean it I didn't think it would come out so I removed what came off easily, put some hot soapy water in the pan and let it soak about 5 minutes and it came out spotless. The pans are easy to assemble the handles on the lid and pan and they are a nice weight without being super heavy like cast iron. I start my chops on the stove top for a sear and then put them in the oven and the okura pans transitioned from stove top to oven seamlessly and handled the oven heat very well. I'm very happy with my purchase and will likely buy more pieces and replace my others pots and pans.

This pan is rubbish. It's Chinese, not Japanese; it sticks and burns everything you cook. The company will not refund it has to be sent back to China at a cost of approx. USD 75. Don't buy it and waste your money.

The information provide prior to my actual order was outstanding .

Then the follow up after the order was made was award winning.

The actual pans are far more beneficial then actually promoted.

As an 80 year old environmentalist and engineer these pans need to be the standard in every household.

No more contaminates in your body from all the different chemicals and materials used to coat non stick pans.

The day will come when the world will realize plastics will have been more elemental to the human body then lead

I purchased one pan in the beginning to see how it performed. Purchased a second one two days after using the first pan. They are so easy to use and clean. No worries about scratching the surface is the best thing

When i received my pan and thought i would try it out with eggs and bacon at real low heat worked great would recommend to any one who is looking for a 12 inch pan.

Unfortunately, my experience is not with one of the Okura product but with their very professional customer service.This is because the delivery company that was used was horrible. Besides being slow and providing an inaccurate statue they delivered my package to wrong address. This delivery company has done this to me before with a previous delivery. But when I contacted customer support and provided pictures of my front and back doors, which didn't match the proof of delivery photo provided to them they issued an immediate refund. I would love to order again but only if they change delivery company.

Love these pans, ordered more after using one. Not quite as non-stick as expected for some things, but lower heat seems to be key. Easy to clean. The only negative I have so far is the rather long ship time. I didn't get lids with my first order so I can only speak for the pans.

The order tracking program didn’t work so was hard to know exactly when my fry pan would arrive. But it did finally arrive, and I was excited to try it. The pan is as aesthetically attractive as advertised, and I like it. However, it is advertised as being “non-stick” which it is not. I have to use Brillo to clean it after use, so it’s hardly non stick!
It does, however, seem to better distribute heat within the fry surface, which enhances it utility.
Overall I like it; just wish it was easier to clean after use.
