Yesterday I finally received my 12…

Yesterday I finally received my 12 inches pan after more than 2 weeks of waiting. Well packaged and easy installation. Try pan fry some pork last night, results not as good as I expected-nonstick. After reviewed some of the other comments and replies. I will try to use medium heat tonight and see .

It wasn't the best

It wasn't the best, although they get back to you quickly when you contact them. Where I feel they failed is they send the instructions etc. for using the pan in an email, never saw it. I let them know that the instructions should always be in the package with the pan. So without the instructions, I have damaged the pan. Would not refund or replace the pan as it was my fault for not seasoning the pan prior to use.

Took a long time to get the purchase

Took a l9ng time to get the purchase. Worth the wait. My husband is our chef. The first item we made was a seared flank steak. The pan did a nice job. We seared on med high with excellent results. We did have to soak the pan, but the fond came off without steel wool. We did have to be slightly more aggressive than a plastic scrubber but the finish still looks fantastic.

Better than coated aluminium!

I was very happy with the ordering process and I received the product ( 10” pan ) in a very timely response. So far so good, I bought the pan for cooking meat and it’s really good. No cleaning issues and can’t see anything changing. 😋

Met expectations

Received the ordered pans about the time when they were expected. After opening the packaging, I used one of the pans immediately to test claims. The non-stick claim worked for a seared steak, although found some challenges when cooking pork schnitzels in the pan, making cleanup more of an issue than expected. Overall, looks are fine and quality of the pans is as anticipated. What I really liked was its heat conductivity and how well it performed on an induction cooktop.

Scam Chinese company, no refunds

I bought the smallest pan to try and thankfully didn't buy the whole set as it was completely useless. Everything sticks. You have to pay for returns, including taxes which, to China, is about 50% of the cost of the pan and then you will only get a refund if they approve it. If I had known they were a Chinese company I would not have bought it as I have had no joy returning anything to China so I am trying to get a refund through PayPal.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, THEY ARE A CHINESE COMPANY MASQUERADING AS A US COMPANY WITH A NO RETURNS POLICY.

Hi K,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

Our cookware is designed with a titanium cooking surface and does not use traditional chemical non-stick coatings. Because of this, it can require a different cooking method than coated non-stick pans, such as proper preheating, medium heat, and using a small amount of oil, especially at the beginning.

Regarding returns, we’re sorry if the process felt unclear or inconvenient. We do have a return policy, and our support team can guide customers through the available options based on their order and situation.

Please contact our support team with your order number so we can review your case properly and see what we can do to help. We would appreciate the opportunity to assist you and work toward a fair resolution.

Kind regards,
Okura Cookware Customer Support

Return policy is ridiculous

Return policy is ridiculous, you cant Return if used and it basically sucks. Do not buy, it sticks and it is false advertising.

The pans are sturdy and well made! I can’t wait to use them more! Shipping wasn’t too long considering they came from another country. Stoked!!

The first time I used the pan

The first time I used the pan, I fried 1 egg and where the egg had no butter, it stuck. It did not stick where butter was. Second use was to fry some wings and there was no sticking at all. I had done recommended pre-wash/dry.
