Do not buy anything from these scammers
They advertise free returns, 100 day satisfaction guarantee, EU product, etc. They're all lies. I ordered two different 26 cm pans and a lid. One of the pans that arrived was so big that the lid was directly falling inside. I contacted support immediately to return it and get another smaller product, then the stalling began. Their return portal gave me 205$ return shipment fee to Hong Kong (mind you I live in Spain). Then they kept refusing to provide any free returns (although gave me a smaller "manual return fee" of 27$) and that the product was correct even though it was clearly not at the size it was advertised. I wish I could send everything back and get my money back because I don't trust anything that's written on their website anymore. They act like scammers, and I don't want to use their items to cook. Also, obviously the pans are not produced anywhere in the EU.

I just cooked eggs in the first use. Overall it was okay. Needs extra effort cleaning because leftovers got stuck at the hammered “holes” edges. May need soaking after pan has cooled down before washing to soften leftovers.

Completely False Promise That Eggs Won't Stick
Eggs stick to the pan in a major way and then it is very difficult to clean the pan even after soaking for an hour. Also, if you have used the pan and want to return it, you must pay for shipping and they will only refund 15% of the price you paid.

Initial doubts put aside …
First let me say that I seldom leave reviews of my purchases but given the misgivings I had regarding my purchase of Sirrat’s titanium cookware I felt it only fair to correct some misconceptions.
I am deducting a star since I believe that - for an American company with customer services in the Netherlands - not to declare that the product is manufactured and despatched from China is misleading in the extreme, particularly as their website makes mention of ‘superb European’ designs.
Having placed an order before reading the many poor reviews on TrustPilot I attempted to cancel in little more than an hour but was informed the items had already been shipped - a statement I found hard to believe. Nonetheless, customer services were courteous and prompt in my dealings with them and I was surprised to received my pans in a little over two weeks.
They were well packaged and solid in construction. I have used them on a few occasions, always precisely following the instructions re low/medium heat and method of testing readiness. The biggest test was a cod loin recipe that always challenges the non-stick quality of a pan and I was delighted with the results. Cleaning of the pan was a breeze.
I sympathize entirely with those who have had bad experiences with their cookware and should I in the future have similar problems I will post an update but, in fairness, I can only say that I’m very content with my cookware and look forward to many years of use.

Company was great to work with. Service was fast. The only negative I have is the delivery company you are working with. The box clearly said FRAGILE and the delivery person never even stepped onto my porch. He threw the box at my door. I heard the box land and saw his actions on my doorbell camera.

Product sticks and refund policy is untrue
I purchased their frying pan and there is so much sticking. We mostly use it for breakfast and everything sticks. We have done what all the videos say, we have taken the advice from their customer service and changed and tried and done everything that we’ve been told and the sticking never stops. We contacted the company because they advertise a 100 day trial and this is false. Their customer service is awful and they are only offering to refund 15% of the purchase amount and they will keep the pan once it’s returned. This company is a scam and the products are awful. There are much better products out there. Do not waste your time and money on Siraat.
