It would have been great. Except when I went to the bank and deposited the check they said the funds weren't all there.

Everyone was friendly etc. Usually you put a check for deposit and its good to go.

The great experience that I had was a fair deal rapidly completed by very caring professionals Alan, Rebekah and Mr. Clint. What a great group of people and a wonderful company that genuinely cars about its customers.

Guys forget everyone else, Literally!!! GivemetheVIN is hands down the best, They are the Michael Jordan of Car Purchases. G.O.A.T. Title. Austin Parkey was phenomenal during our transaction. He was patient with my car; allowed me to shop around and he ultimately beat everyone’s price. CarMax was 2nd which I was surprised he did it. Long story short, well deserved Review here. If there was 10 Stars they would get it also.

Horrible they offered me 200$ for a 80k mile all original 73 Buick runs drives and they offered 200$ contacting was horrible the worst I had takes weeks to get a email back if you can contact them they have changed the email of whoever appraised the vehicle just a Misreable experience wouldn’t recommend anyone to use these people.

The interaction between me and Gas Monkey Buys was a little scary at first because I have never been in this situation before. I watched a lot of shows and was intrigued when I saw the promotion for the possibility of selling cars with an ad on the internet. I contacted the website and submitted some pictures of my car. I was promptly contacted and a little negotiating ensued. I agreed on a price and proper paperwork was done and pickup was arranged. It was a sad day but I know that wherever it ended up it was going to make the new owner very happy. Great experience with the company and would highly recommend going this route if you are selling a classic of any kind because they buy more than just cars and trucks.

I was a little hesitant at first doing a deal with a company I've never heard of but was pleasantly surprised with the service and overall experience. A little sad to see my first car go but knowing it is going to Gas Monkey makes it worlds better. Gas Monkey was my favorite show so I hope to see my 1969 Nova with a Gas Monkey logo on it down the road. Everything from the communication from Jason to dropping off the vehicle at the GIVEMETHEVIN location was as easy as could be. Deposited the check the same day and money was invested the next day for my kids future. Thanks again!

We completed the Give Me The VIN, pics, etc. Received our offer, went back and forth a little and negotiated an autographed T Shirt of Rich Rawlings and a Gas Monkey beer. They gave us a convenient spot to drop off my car and sent the T shirt and an autographed picture (I guess the beer was too hard to send, ha, ha). No fuss, No muss. Thanks

Overall, a great experience, couldn’t have been easier, and all the contact people were the best!

I have used them to sell two of my vehicles. Both were is bad shape and barely ran. The whole process for both have been extremely smooth and quick and I got a really good deal out of it.

On one occasion, there was a problem with the tow company scheduled to pick up my vehicle. We would schedule a time and they would not show. Give Me The VIN service people stepped right in and took care of the situation. Very friendly and helpful staff and representatives!

The wife and I found ourselves with more vehicles then we could drive. I got online, filled out the information, and uploaded some pics on a Friday morning about 10 am. Had an agreed upon price by 2 pm after a few more requested pics. We took the vehicle in 11 am Saturday and had a check within 10 minutes of walking in the door.

Cole was very nice and helped me during the entire process. Everything went smoothly and didn’t take very long. Thanks again!

I left a more lengthy review on BBB, so this may be short. Givemethevin is real and its great. It took less than two weeks from start to finish and got the best offer for my vehicle. If you can afford to wait its worth it instead of going to the dealer and getting less money. Austin and Monica were very helpful through the entire process. I would recommend them for sure.

Five Stars for Give Me The VIN!
We first heard about Give Me The VIN on the radio. Honestly, we thought it might be too good to be true, but we trusted the station wouldn’t promote a bad company. Out of curiosity, we gave them a call early in our search for a new car just to see what they might offer as a trade-in.

We weren’t in a rush, so we finished shopping around, found the car we wanted, and even checked with a few other places to see what they would offer to buy our car outright. To be completely honest, the professionalism at Give Me The VIN far surpasses CarMax, Automart and others. CarMax not only gave us a lowball offer, but they also share that number for other car dealers to see, essentially setting the bar for everyone else to lowball too. (How is that even legal?).

In comparison, Give Me The VIN made the process refreshingly simple. We sent pictures, got our offer sight unseen, and everything was smooth and straightforward. No gimmicks, no games, just an easy, professional experience.

We’d absolutely use them again over any of the big corporate stores. Highly recommend!

Seriously, I have bought and sold more than a few cars in my day, the biggest fear is always around working with a dealership. Well, GTV is not a dealer, and they were fair, polite, and I never felt like they were being pushy. Their offer was fair, and their process was so easy it is ridiculous.
