The process was super easy, they were very flexible with me when i had t9 change pick up days, there were no hitches and after I was even guided to my DMV site with clear directions how to clear the vehicle from my name. Would I use them again...absolutely!!

The process was super easy and everyone was really friendly.
All you have to do is call and give info about the vehicle or vehicles and set up a time and date for pick up. They come and pick up the car/s and give you cash on the spot. That's it. Your done.

Wheelzy took care of my car in record time. They were a little pushy during the initial discussion and negotiation on price - I did push back and got the payment for my car raised slightly. They called, texted and emailed me to keep the transaction on track.

On time when they were scheduled. Pickup driver called ahead when he was on his way. Driver was VERY professional and friendly. Pickup went off without any issues at all. Was all over with in less than 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommended.

I chose Wheelzy because they made the best offer with guaranteed payment and pickup. The process was made very easy by their representative. There was continued contact through to the final pickup.
The only negative was with the timeliness of the tow operator. He indicated that pickup would be the following morning at 10:00 AM. He contacted me indicating he had a delay and would then pick up at 11:40 AM. That time came and went. He finally showed up in late afternoon. Loaded my vehicle with no issues and provided the payment that was agreed upon. He forgot to bring a bill of sale and promised me that he would send it electronically when he got back to the office. He forgot and after several reminders from me I finally received the bill of sale the following evening.
I would recommend Wheelzy, even with the pickup delay.

It was fast and easy. The agent was very helpful guiding us through the process.
