The driver was on time communication was excellent the only problem I had was they changed but they were going to pay me at the last minute they were negotiating for a place with me unbelievable

I was absolutely harassed with phone…
I was absolutely harassed with phone calls when i was trying to decide which company to use. Wheelzy employees called me up to 7-8 times a day even when i specifically asked them to stop as i was at work. Then against my better judgment, I accepted their offer and scheduled a pick up. My pick up window was set for 8am-12 pm and j told them i could not do any afternoon pickup because i had work. Come pick up day my time kept getting pushed back farther and farther. The only person who seemed to be trying to do their best was the tow driver who was contracted out. My last call with the tow driver he said his eta was between 1:40-2:30. Thankfully he was able to get there closer to 1:30 and profusely apologized but again stated that he was contracted out and had no real affiliation to them. I called wheelzy mulitiple times and asked for a supervisor and was told that there is a back log to get a call back from a supervisor so i couldnt speak to one. I will never use them again nor will i ever recommend them.
