The drop off was great I think the offer could have been a little stronger, but everything was as promised.

Unique car sales 62 LLC scammers

If you’re in Arizona and they send Unique Car Sales 62 LLC to pick up your car, cancel immediately. Showed up with 10$ less than the original price. Then called me with a 68$ raise, but changed the price by 60$ and wanted me to break the 20$ for the price difference. Unprofessional

I sold my car to these guys

I sold my car to these guys. They told me they gonna pay me by transferring amount to my account. And when they are picking up the car, they told me that there is some technical issue, so they have to issue a check instead of transferring money to my account and they said you can cash this check within two hours , when I go to bank, they said this check is not valid. And they issued a new check and I got it after few more days in mail the and then took two more business days to process that check. I am able to get the money after five days from picking my car but they told me you will get money instantly, when your car got picked up and once deal is done, if you call them they will say they have no information about anything. You just need to talk to lot guys

The quote came back for £400, when i phoned to accept the offer, this miraculously changed to £100

Now sold to another dealer

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE .!!!.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE .!!!.. CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND POOR. NEVER CALL BACK and you speak to too many supervisors before you get a straight answer.
• Price Reductions at Pickup: Tow driver lowers the offer on-site if they find unmentioned damage, missing parts, or a non-original catalytic converter. This was my case i believed ( i am not a mechanic) my cat converters were original. So i filled out the questioner as such. NOW tow driver wants to give me half. I called his supervisor and was told they couldnt do anything by what the tow driver said,, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO RELIABILITY IN WHAT THEY SAY..MIND YOU I WAITED FOR HOURS AFTER THE TOW GUY SAID HE'D BE THERE ON TIME..... A REAL SHIT SHOW THIS COMPANY., I will be in touch with the BBB to make sure they BURN their rating... If they even have one

I got a quote over a week ago they had an independent tow company assigned to pick it up, they finally called this morning to say they were coming this morning and then no responses. I tried following up for hours and it is now night time the only response I got was when I called from a different phone number and they didn’t answer they texted back and asked if they could help. I explained that we have been waiting and they said their drivers were running behind but they would check. 3 hours go by and no response. SCAM

Rude aggressive driver

I got ran off the road by one of their drivers on Shore Road in Linwood. I was doing 40 mph in a 35 mph done. Even still the guy in their pick up truck was right on my back bumper. I pulled over and let him pass. Next time I'm getting the license plate number and reporting the incident.

bait and switch

I had a 2003 SUV that needed more $ to repair than it was worth. I did a Google search and filled out forms for several companies. I received several offers from $400 - $450. Cashforcars.com offered $500. I arranged for pickup. The driver arrived and wanted to look under the hood. He checked the fluids and claimed there were metal shavings in the oil and transmission fluid. He showed the dipsticks to me, but I couldn't tell. Maybe it was BS maybe not. He said he could only give me $300 because of that. I told him 'no thanks'. He then said that since he had driven a half hour to my address he could give me another $100 out of his own pocket. I told him I had a few offers for $450. He said he couldn't pay the extra $150 out of his pocket. I closed the hood, locked the car and walked away. He then said he would pay $450. Felt like a bait and switch. Nothing was ever said upfront with the offer about subject to inspection. It was a 23 year old vehicle with 235000 miles. If there hadn't been any problems I would be surprised. I was selling it for junk. If it was in tip top condition I would have wanted a lot more $$$. I sold a junk car to Peddle a few years ago. They came, paid what they offered. No problem. Took 5 minutes. The crap with cashforcars.com took over 40 minutes

I would not recommend CashForCars based…

I would not recommend CashForCars based on my experience.

I provided the VIN and all requested information for my 2023 Ford F-150. The initial offer was $24,388, which was reduced to $21,499 after I submitted photos.

A few days later, CashForCars called and offered $22,500. I accepted the offer and was given a check. After having the check for about four hours and being almost on my way to the bank, I was contacted and told they wanted to reduce the offer to approximately $12,500.

The truck has a documented total-loss history from previous hail damage, but it was professionally repaired and is in good condition. CashForCars had the VIN and the opportunity to review the vehicle history before making the $22,500 offer.

Changing the offer after I had already accepted it and received the check was extremely frustrating and wasted my time. I ultimately decided to get my truck back and move on.

Bait and Switch Ripoff!! Their offer started at $28,402

Their offer started at $28,402. Then they ask you to send 4 pictures. they give you the exact angle through their site. My vehicle actually looked better in the pictures than the day it was brand new. Then they gave me a lower offer of $25k. They ask you to accept it. Which I accepted and they tell you to call them to schedule the pick up of the vehicle. When I called, they then said $22k. They are a scam!!!! Never ever looked at the vehicle. Please don’t waste your time.

Wasted 3 days of my life

Ended up not using them as they quoted me a certain price online and over the phone. Then over the period of 3 days calling them numerous times being on hold for total time over 1 hr 45 minutes they finally tell me that the people to come pick it up fell through and they have to send somebody else out and they're not going to give me as much for my car. Which drives just fine and I can take it to wherever they want... But that's not an option because I think it's a scam and they want to get as much money off the car as possible. I didn't get one person that lived in the United States on the phone and they are pretty unprofessional for what they do. It seems a pretty straightforward customer service job on the phone and nobody seems to be able to get anything done and maybe it's not their fault maybe it's the tools that this crappy website is offering them. Stay away and just donate your car for a good cause.

Cashforcars service sucks, no show after a week of trying to get a pick up

Cashforcars service sucks. After 7 days, no pickup, no call, no show. They advertise 24 to 48 hour pickup. What a joke. Even after multiple calls to finally get a scheduled pick up with their towing partner. The tow service never showed up, called or anything, even after finally scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend going elsewhere to sell your vehicle. I would not recommend to anyone after my very crappy experience.

I was instructed to get a notary to…

I was instructed to get a notary to sign for power of attorney. I submitted the documents on the text line. For the buyer I erroneously put " cash for cars" and once they reviewed that the person I talked to told me all I had to do was get it notarized. I did that. They see the documents fully signed etc... oh they can't accept it because I wrote the wrong name for the buyer but this is AFTER they had the documents knowing that I just paid to do that. so ok , I went and did another one and this time I was rejected because I more or less wrote harder over 2 letters so they would be readable and they wouldn't accept any of it so that's 2 trips to the notary paying my money for the notary and I don't have a car. I'm not sure how they keep their ratings up they're truly just low-ball experts who run you around unless you're perfect I guess. I can't understand how you gave me a quote and I went and did the footwork just to be denied. I got no apology they literally didn't care about my issues . it was just business and I personally think they think you NEED them since you're selling your car for obviously WAY less then you'd get in other places but all in all the experience was terrible I recommend not dealing with them they're a headache and it takes multiple calls every time or sometimes they won't even call you back that day though you can request one. NEVER AGAIN. Someone needs to really look at that company and see if there are any illegal practices going on .

For the most part it was extremely…

For the most part it was extremely easy. However, they gave me a quote instantly and then when I accepted that quote they then wanted further information and photographs of the vehicle and then quoted me a lower amount by $900. I find it extremely disgusting and unethical that they would offer me a price instantly and then not honor it.

The vehicle was in immaculate condition but the transmission blew out and the miles on it were not worth fixing it which was annotated in the first request for a quote so I don't know why the price changed based on well cleaned and maintained interior and exterior with kept paint and leather.

No Real Humans at CashForCars

Not convinced that anyone works for this company. I used the website to get an offer for my car and tried to schedule a pickup. Instead of being able to choose a pickup time, they provided the window of the entire next day. I used 3 different numbers to try to get ahold of someone, and after multiple hours of sitting on hold or getting hung up on before anyone said 'Hi', I had to leave. I started getting harassed by the tow truck driver in the middle of the day, who has been calling and texting me for hours.

Bait and switch

I contacted CashForCars.com about selling my 2014 Nissan Altima. They initially told me they would pay $400, which seemed fair given the car’s condition. However, when it came time to finalize, they suddenly claimed the car was “trash” and said they’d “do me a favor” by offering only $50 to take it off my hands.
This bait‑and‑switch approach wasted my time and felt insulting. If a company can’t stand by its own quoted offer, it shows a lack of honesty and professionalism. I would not recommend trusting their valuations or promises. I ended up selling it to them out of desperation and they knew it. I regret it.
