The vehicle dropoff process also was easy and took about 10 minutes from arriving to walking out with a check.

I had 2 vehicles i was looking to sell/trade in so i figured i would try here. First offer was less than carvana. They asked for copy of the original window sticker which i sent. And to forward the carvana offer. I sent both to Josh.thomason@givemethevin. I then sent many pics and details of both vehicles. Josh just ghosted me and never replied. I think they owe me $100 for not beating Carvana's offer!!hahah. I ended up trading in both vehicles to buy a new truck. I got $47K for the bronco and $44K for the F250. So its not like i was trying to sell beaters.

The transaction with GiveTheVin was seamless, painless, and on time. Had bank check two days after signing paperwork. They do all the paperwork. Their offer was a good deal. Transport Company arrived just days after they received my title which was four days after receiving check. Check went into bank same day transport left with car. Transport Company was very good. They came a long way to get this car.

Give me the VIN called me on the phone, made a fair offer, and kept to their end of the bargain 100%. I was leery of the way they wanted to make the deal happen, and I almost backed out. They called me on the phone, came up with a solution that made me happy, and we got it done. By the way, their check is good!

Just sold our third vehicle to GMTV and can't say enough good things about our rep or the process. Our vehicle needed some repairs before the sale and they waited patiently until the vehicle was ready, checking in periodically but never pressuring. The drop off went smoothly. We felt like they paid us a fair price for our car. We will definitely sell our next car to GMTV.

Completely legit. Jason and his team made the process very easy. They gave me the best over, even beating Carvana, which is usually the best besides a private sale. Drop off was simple. Check came immediately via FedEx. No trouble depositing the check. I was leery at first because I had not heard of them before, but after reading overwhelmingly positive reviews, I gave them a shot and was not disappointed. Glad I didn't settle on the Carvana offer which was several thousand dollars less.

Insulting offer. Literally over $8,000 less than book value for a car that runs with no mechanical issues, only minor paint defects and less than 100,000 miles

While the price for the car was great communication between Rebekka Haynes and myself plus Hayden Shaw was not good. The process is less stellar due to lack of communication. I had to ask many times and sent an email Friday to find about payoff to finance company got zero response. Also they left me with $31.00 to pay because the Winter Storm was approaching and no thought to how that would impact everything. That would be ok if they weren’t so bad on communicating. I cannot say I would ever use them again. This was our second sale to this company. If you owe nothing on the vehicle like our first experience it goes well. If It is one with a loan on they simple don’t explain to you the process.

Chris and Kylee were great to work with. They stayed in contact with me the entire process while selling my truck.

If I had read the one-star reviews, I probably would not have contacted this company. However, I am glad I did. JD Ryan was awesome as well as the entire transaction. I WILL be doing business with them again, without hesitation. Paid more than CarMax.
