Really great

Really great. There are limited shopping by mail options in CH and Galaxus has more and more to offer all the time.
I’ve never had an issue with any order at all.

Superb Customer Experience

Placed my order late on Wednesday afternoon and it was in my mailbox by Thursday morning. Communication from the point of order to the point of delivery was clear and easy to follow. Would have no hesitation in using Galaxus again.

Galaxus is simply AWESOME

I never write reviews but for Galaxus I felt the need to. They have by far the best customer service I have ever come across with. Fast reply, easy contact via chat, easy solutions. They are really ourstanding, and their delivery times, product availability and price transparency are unmatched. I always order with Galaxus because of all this. I wish all companies were like this, please never change Galaxus.

Generally still OK, but please don't dilute your brand

Generally still OK, fairly reliable and reasonably fast shipments with an increasing variety of offerings.
A few observations though - Galaxus is no longer a "Computer accessories" company (wrong category on Trustpilot) as its sells "everything" (even furniture and bedsheets)
- Galaxus has started selling goods from other aggregators and here things start getting weird (e.g. incomplete or misleading descriptions, mixed experiences with quality).
- delivery times have started slowing down versus past experiences
- price vs value is not getting better at all inspite of a strong CHF and almost everything being imported (cheaper to get identical product from Amazon.de instead)
