Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the delivery took longer than expected. With standard shipping, our delivery partner delivers only to the curb. Employees of the Post or Planzer are unfortunately not authorized to bring a delivery up into an apartment. For certain products, delivery to the place of use can be booked as an add on. In that case, the item is delivered via a different service partner rather than through the standard postal route.

I must praise Galaxus' service reliability. We saw the product offering massive increase over the years, the integration of direct supplier, etc.
All my orders were delivered as promised, on time and the product I expected. I keep going back to Galaxus.

We use Galaxus as our primary online shopping place and couldn't be happier.
Recently bought an e-reader that was promptly delivered, no issues as always. When buying things not in Galaxus warehouses things might be delayed but I don't think that's the fault of Galaxus - it's a side effect of being a multi-merchant platform.
We also use Galaxus Mobile and Galaxus Internet and we are happy with the service there as well!

Excellent service and super fast delivery
Really impressed with our experience with Galaxus\. We ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 and it arrived the very next day, exactly as described and at a great price\.
Everything was straightforward from ordering through to delivery, and the kids are absolutely thrilled with the new Switch\. It is great to know we can order something like this and have it delivered so quickly and reliably\.
Excellent service all round\. We will definitely shop with Galaxus again\.
