3 working days, no money, the guy calls me back, he says he doesn't have time now for that, that he will do it later, I've had to fight with him that I want my money NOW or at least an email that the refund has been issued, and I was stopping him from talking all the time just saying GIVE MY MONEY OR SEND AN EMAIL, I DONT CARE IF YOUR COWORKER OR F**KING MATHER THERESA HAS TO SEND IT, DO IT NOW.
And this worked. In the matter of seconds I received the money back

Customer service is catastrophic. By The time of The review there are 39.000 customer cases before mine. The paket didn't get delivered, they asked for confirmation of my address and didn't answer me for so Long that the paket got send back. Supposedly I didn't collect it. At the time of your inquiry, one email was in position 39 and the other in position 217. These numbers were displayed separated by a comma, which may have created the impression that there were 39,217 cases ahead of you. This was not the case.
We responded to your emails shortly afterwards and arranged for your parcel to be handed back to the logistics provider for a new delivery attempt. We also provided you with the updated tracking number.

Good refurbished phone, but battery life fell short
I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra from buyZOXS. The device arrived in very good condition, exactly as described — camera, display, and everything else worked perfectly.
My only issue is with the battery. They promise more than 85% battery health, but I'm only getting about 3 to 3.5 hours of screen-on time, which is quite low. With a genuine 85%+ battery, I'd expect at least 5 hours. This was disappointing.
I also tried selling my old Samsung A55 through their trade-in service. They inspected it thoroughly and provided a detailed report, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the offer because the device wasn't originally from Germany and not all network bands were supported. So, they sent my device back free of charge.
Overall, a reliable company with a smooth process. Just be aware of the battery claims on refurbished devices.

As for the battery, we’re naturally sorry that you’re not getting the battery life you’d hoped for. In principle, you’re absolutely right: with a second-hand smartphone, battery performance is generally slightly lower than with a new device. That’s why we specify a minimum capacity of 85% for our devices. However, the actual battery life also depends on many factors, such as individual settings, usage and the features activated on the device.
It’s a shame that the purchase of your Samsung A55 didn’t go ahead in the end. We’re all the more pleased, then, that you nevertheless found the whole process to be fair and transparent, and that you describe us overall as a reliable company.

Disappointing Customer Service after Stones/Steine Delivery
I experienced an issue with the delivery of my parcel which was supposed to contain the smartphone I bought from this company. I missed the delivery via 3rd party carrier at home, so they left it in a Paketshop as it is usually the case.
First try picking my parcel from the shop failed because they couldn't find it. I reported it via phone call to the carrier.
Then, I tried again picking up the parcel from Paketshop. I tried again as the carrier support team on the phone on some day before mentioned that according to their system, the Paketshop they pointed to me actually received my parcel, and they do not understand why the Paketshop team cannot find it but they would follow up. So on the second try, the Paketshop shop team found my Parcel.
Unfortunately, at home, when I actually opened my parcel, I saw STONES in the parcel instead of the smartphone i fully pre-paid to the seller, when I ordered the device online 4 weeks ago. I reported the STONES content to the seller (this company) on the same day 3 weeks ago when I saw the stones with several pictures, per mail. Customer service team asking more questions and I replied quickly every time.
When I reported the issue to this company 3 weeks ago I asked for speedy replacement or refund. But this is from my perspective so far a dead-end. By now I am only obviously interested in full refund. But seller's customers service team claims that this will be "assessed" only after seller and carrier company will finish their internal dispute, and no due date is given to me for refund. This is not acceptable. By now it has been 3 weeks since I got the STONES and immediately reported it. If they would need 10 years to finalise that internal seller/carrier dispute, should I as victim of theft during delivery be waiting also 10 years for the "assessment" of the refund on my online purchase?
This situation (stones in my parcel after online purchase with any company) never happened to me before and I am very much disappointed with this customer service.

We take your case very seriously, as this situation clearly indicates a case of fraud or theft. The device that was sold to you was fully documented before shipment, and our entire packing process is also recorded on video. Please understand that we are not allowed to share these recordings publicly due to data protection regulations.
From our side, the parcel was handed over correctly to the carrier. Situations like the one you described unfortunately indicate that the issue most likely occurred during the shipping process.
Of course, we are supporting you in filing a damage or loss report with the carrier and are actively following up with them. However, since the damage was not caused by us, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund ourselves before the carrier has completed their investigation.
According to the carrier, such investigations typically take around 6–8 weeks to complete.
Nevertheless, we are doing our best to push the process forward and hope that we can provide you with a positive update soon.

I got me new ("new" - for me, but a used one obviously) phone from zoxs. It was not the first time, I got 2 phones from them previously. I'm writing this mail because they sent a reminder that I should and honestly? if it works it works. We're used to leave reviews if we have a negative experience , but it's worth to leave a positive review as well.
Phone as described and price is decent. Not ebay good, but considering they have a company to maintain and offer 1 year warranty, it's good.
I got my honor magic 7 pro of so called 'excellent' condition category - 47 charge cycles on battery and it really looks great. It was half the price of a new 8 pro that was just released recently. Not all previous year models are at such a good price, so it's worth to look at various models that you like.
