Worst service/app ever! My order was not delivered because they have delivered on some other place. Now these fraudsters are saying"sorry it will now happen in future". They are not giving refund or my product.

Meesho is a big fraud.. Its a scam

One of the worst and most seller-unfriendly platforms I have ever experienced.

If you are thinking about selling on Meesho, please think twice. As a seller, you often feel less like a partner and more like the product Meesho is selling.

The charges, return-related issues, policies, and lack of meaningful customer support can make selling extremely frustrating. What is even more disappointing is the customer service—responses often feel like standard copy-paste replies rather than genuine attempts to understand and resolve a seller's problem.

A marketplace should help sellers grow, not continuously make them feel helpless and unheard.

My honest advice to new sellers: understand the fees, return policies, penalties, and support system very carefully before starting on Meesho.

Meesho product qualities are generally very very poor. Once such poor quality and defective products are delivered, they do not facilitate return pickup. They do not deny return pickup but they don't depute any person to pickup. In fact Meesho do not have pickup associate. Defective glass tumblers delivered by Meesho on 28 Sept., 2026 have not yet been picked up. Caution : Avoid using Meesho.

Worst customer service support worst experience in delivery. The delivery agents always to frauds and are not reliable.

Terrible Customer Support – Return & Exchange Items Collected, No Refund Processed

I recently ordered three items on Meesho. I requested a return for two items (Curtain & Bracelet) and a size exchange for the Wooden Bangle Set.

On the pickup day, the delivery agent collected all three products. The agent confirmed he handed all three items over to Meesho. However, Meesho’s customer care is refusing to check their warehouse logs, acknowledge receipt, or assist with my pending refund/exchange.

Collecting customer items through logistics and offering zero support afterward is completely unacceptable. Requesting Meesho leadership to intervene and process my refund immediately.

This is a froud company they are not valued the customers and it's money.
Their delivery agents are not doing very well. They are behave like a boss. Don't purchase from meesho.

I ordered one product and shipment was coming within 12 days … even a 12 days completed my product did not receive even it was about a 15 days but product not received …. Courier service provider was SHADOWFAX which is worst courier in the world in my whole life i never seen this type of courier service 5 times i raised complaint no response I contacted meesho they said we raised the complaint you have to wait 3 more days … WTF are you getting 1 month to deliver the product

My Meesho account has been blocked. Message says "violation of Meesho Usage Policy ". Account suspended. Your customer service asked me to go to Google and check for details. Not getting any info.

Not having control over seller. Seller free to send articles by his mood not even worry to see the order. Meesho keeping money for long periods and not even apologise for mistakes.

Horrible service. Does not deliver products and does not even escalate calls. Do not know if money gets refunded. Never place prepared order for the discounts as prepaid orders never get delivered and often small amount orders are not refunded and people give up after few complaints for Rs 100 - 200 orders. Complete scam

No respect to customer

Due to some reason if we can’t pick call within seconds they cancel the order after 2 minutes we call they not pickup our call

Meesho is not a premium platform it’s cheap platform so if you are a rich and afford premium price then don’t use this platform.

Meesho a fraud company ever I had experience, it's a chor who ate my money and blocked my account without any reason and also kept my money which is in meesho wallet like ye unke baap ka pesa ho and when I asked to costumer executive they are telling me that they can't refund and also they are not giving any specific reason to block my account, broken products, poor delivery, bas customer service executive who actually don't know that how to talk with customer they just held the call on your face... Please don't use meesho

I will give this website (-10) if that was an option. There is a reason why people dont buy from Meesho. And it's not their bad quality products, but it's their total lack of customer service and using vendors like Delhivery and Shadow fax, which hire goons. Do not buy from them, I am fighting a case in consumer court against their privacy breach, so recommending everyone to stay away from these fraudsters.

I should have not rate 1 star too. I have order a fancy yellow light 12 meter long which cost me 99/- . In the app, it was shown in the app to deliver prior before the delivery date.On tuesday, when the delivery agent ask me the otp i was nit there but he insisted that give him the otp and he will hand over to the guard . But when i arrived at my place there was no package i have also check cctv footage .i ask for help from meesho, tell them my issue multiple times chat with them, call them but no respose from there side. it's going to be complete whole week . Now , i have trust issue with them , this is how they give customer support and after service. I believe i need to give a online compain .

Meesho has cheated me on 4 separate occasions where I prepaid for the easy returns order; they sent wrong, broken or damaged products or products that didn’t even look like the image. When I tried to return, they either never sent back my money or said I couldn’t return. Now their agents / responses claim they can’t do anything as return period is over. The recent most issue happened on 3rd of September 2026. I need someone from Meesho to contact me and resolve my issues and return my money for each of the orders.
