I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Zooki's customer service. My order never reached me, and instead of taking responsibility and helping to resolve the issue, they simply refused to offer a fair solution.
As the retailer, I expected Zooki to support their customer and make sure I received the product I paid for. Instead, I was left without my order and without any meaningful assistance. Their responses felt dismissive, and they showed very little willingness to resolve the situation.
A good company is judged by how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Zooki failed in that regard. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I used to absolutely love Zooki Collagen and recommended it to friends because I genuinely saw great results. The original formula worked really well for me, and I was happy to keep repurchasing it.
Unfortunately, since the formula changed, my experience has been very different. I understand that brands sometimes update their products, but the new formula isn't something I'm comfortable using, and it no longer meets my expectations. Because of this change, I've decided to stop buying it.
I'm disappointed because the original product was excellent. If Zooki were to bring back the previous formula, I would definitely consider purchasing it again. For now, however, I can't recommend it based on my experience with the new version.
What disappointed me even more was the company's response. Despite the evidence I provided showing clear differences between the previous and current product—including the weight, volume, appearance, taste, and consistency—they continued to deny that any meaningful changes had been made. Instead of acknowledging my concerns and addressing them transparently, I felt that my feedback was dismissed. As a long-time customer, I expected greater honesty and openness about any changes to the product, which has unfortunately reduced my trust in the brand.

Good sple selection with main order
It was great to have smaller sample size products to try . The only ones I didn’t like were the electrolytes . I found them way too sweet but other family members quite liked them so really was a preference.
