I could not be more obsessed with these products! I've been using for only about 2 weeks & can already tell a difference! You need to buy it!

Order delivered to a completely different country..responded to my first email asking me to wait 2 days and then completely ignored all further emails. No refund No order received! Shocking. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I ordered 18 days ago and still do not have the item. I've messaged customer service three times. I've been told there have been issues with "short supply" and then "issues with logistics". They've not offered to even at least refund the shipping. I will never order anything else from them.

Placed an order, received confirmation and tracking number. Reached out after no update on tracking and they stated package wasn't scanned properly. Then they said it was already delivered and signed for. The link to tracking no longer worked. The website link no longer worked. It's a scam.

Please be careful when using this product Dr Melaxin bought on Tiktok.

I have never ever had sensitive face skin in my life I am 45 years. I bought Dr Meloxin calcium and pigmentation. I used it once followed the instructions and my face skin started within an hour to become scaley raised and red and sore.
Please don't buy any of these Dr Melaxin products.

COMPANY FINALLY CONTACTED ME ON RETURN INFORMATION..

I see alot of people complaining about shipping. My Dr Melaxin kit took about 4 weeks to come in. After all, it’s coming from Korea. It doesn’t happen overnight!! You can track your order the whole time!! If you can’t, then you ordered from a fake site!!
I LOVE my kit!! I noticed a difference in 3 days. My one friend noticed my face 4 days later and asked, “Why is your face so perfect? Your skin looks beautiful and bright?” Another friend a week later, “Wow, what’s your secret?” Needless to say, they all ordered this kit. I’ve gotten countless compliments. The only thing I use outside of Dr. Melaxin with my a.m. and p.m. facial treatment, is I use, Clinique exfoliating. All my wrinkles look soft and less deep. I wear no make up. I’m 57. I highly recommend this.

The bundle that I ordered included 5 items and a four piece free gift. The free gift was not included when my order arrived. I contacted their customer service. They told me to contact TikTok. TikTok told me to contact the seller. The Dr Melaxin customer service has jerked me around from 6/21 to 7/1. I asked them to make it right. So far still no progress. Now they’re telling me to contact the freight provider. I told them my box was not tampered with. That tells me the gift was never included the box.

Utterly diabolical. Took my money & apparently delivered my products to an address 250 miles away. Have been sending me utter crap emails for a month. They basically steal money from your bank account.

Bought the lip shot maxi and it did not work at all. Made my lips a little tingly but added no volume whatsoever. Really disappointed ☹️

I write this review in response to the negative delivery comments. I received my package of 5 products within 5 days of ordering. No issues so far - will update with a review of products once I start using regularly.

Took my money, sent a confirmation email. Then crickets. Tracked it on the Shop App… it got delivered to a different state even tho my address was everywhere. It has since been deleted from my Shop App and on their website that I bought it from says I have no past orders. They still have my money. The ‘owner’ sent a message about shipping and I replied to that. Still nothing. I replied to the confirmation email that said ‘if you have any questions reply to the email’. Nothing. I wish I ordered from Amazon just so I could get some sort of help!

I placed my order in April 2026. After waiting for a month, I contacted the company to ask about the status of my order, as I had no way of tracking it despite paying for the tracking service.

The company informed me that there had been an issue with the delivery due to the country I live in. They offered me the option of providing an alternative address or receiving a refund. I chose the refund option.

According to their email notification, the refund process should take 5–10 business days. However, 25 business days have now passed, and I still have not received my refund. Furthermore, the company has stopped responding to my emails.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I bought a dark spot under eye cream. They advertise it as being a coverage and healthy under eye cream, showing it covers dark circles in real time. But its a lie. Its nothing more than a sheer cream and goes on clear. No results for me.

Ladies you can purchase from Ulta. Is the safes place to purchase it from. The product has worked miracles for me but again everyone's skin is different. The Balm stick is what I have and it's the only product I use on my face.

I ordered 200.00 dollars worth of product from Facebook petal and I never recieved the product. In addition, I was told that I woul get a refund and never did.

Ordered a 7 piece set via the website and had no updates since- messaged 3 times and no response. DO NOT order these products it’s definitely a scam. I’m raising this with my bank now. This is a scam

I've been using dr melaxin for 2 months now and I can honestly say I've noticed a huge difference! I've ordered from dr melaxin 4 times now. I always receive in the 1st week never had any issues. I've done my 5th order today. I have recommended this product to all the people that habe noticed a difference i. My skin.

I bought the pink speckle, pigmentation serum and the multi balm. I personally find this product from tic tok shop. I find it to be really good. My skin feels fresh and I had a harsh line on my between my eyes that is not anywhere as noticeable. The balm is not in anyway like Vaseline it’s more thick in structure and massages well into the skin. I would recommend it personally. The only thing is the speckle is advertised as like really prickly when u put it on. I get a slight sensation but not like made out to be. I like it. My product arrived the 2nd day after ordering so I had no issues there.
