This is the worse product I’ve ever put on my face, it made my skin feel horrible, tight, suffocated, sore and like I’d rubbed it with sandpaper and made me very,
very spotty a day or 2 after - will certainly not buy this product again.

Well, I can only say good things about these products. I’ve never had an issue with any delivery and they’ve always arrived within three days of ordering. I decided to really test these products and took photographs of my face every week and there is a definite change in the texture of my skin. I’m 54 and I have lost a lot of weight which has left my skin quite saggy and crepey in places.. The calcium moisturiser has tightened up the skin around my neck and smooth out the deep lines on my face and I genuinely look 10 years younger. I don’t like the Picotonic shot as I found it left my skin a bit greasy but my daughter loves it so I gave that one to her. The foaming cleanser literally melts make up off your face. I’ve just ordered the neck firming cream just to give my neck and extra boost I’m very wary of TikTok advertised goods as I’m acutely aware people will say anything about products if they’re being paid to however this is the genuine stuff from the Dr melaxin website. It is fab give it a go and if it doesn’t suit you at least you’ve tried but I think you’ll be surprised and no I am not being paid for this review ! Oh and the Turmeric body lotion is amazing!

This company ,I ordered back in July ,never received my order ,I contacted customer server and they send me an email saying it was in transit ,still have not received the order ,none responds your emails ,what at scam!

I placed an order for two kits on August 5 for $162, and I never received my order. The package was lost during shipping, and instead of helping resolve the issue, their customer service has been practically nonexistent.

I have contacted them at least five times. They responded only once, and the response was completely unhelpful. I followed up again and received nothing. I have now been emailing repeatedly asking for a refund for an order I NEVER RECEIVED, and they continue to ignore me.

At this point, they have my $162, I have no products, and apparently I’m expected to just accept that.

This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. A legitimate company should not make customers chase them down for a refund when an order is lost and never delivered.

BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your shipment, good luck getting anyone to respond or getting your money back.

This product is like applying grease to your face. One hour after applying I had to wash my face. It was tacky and still greasy! It was like smearing Vaseline on my face....do not buy!
