Excellent first transaction with this…
First time transaction with this company today. Things I like:
1) Offered me what initially quoted, didn’t try to haggle down etc
2) Really friendly team had a chat with all staff
3) Very secure and smart premises
4) Easy to find 5 mins from Chancery Lane Tube
5) Funds received within 30 minutes, which means really is not market standard… this is the benefit of in house on the spot verification.
All in all, very happy and will do business again I’m sure.

Purchase of a watch
I embarked on this purchase with some concern as it involved a large expenditure and I had little experience regarding the purchase of an expensive watch. From the beginning the process was very simple I spoke with Jack and arranged to visit the showroom and examine the watch . Jack dealt with this process in a first class efficient manner which gave me confidence regarding the process and the watch I was buying. I had further confidence in the process when I met the owner of the business Nerya who again was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Payment was not a problem and the whole process was faultless . I can recommend the The Luxury Hut if you wish to purchase a watch without any complications. I am very pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Nerya.

The Best Place to buy and sell jewellery in Hatton Garden
My wife and I visited Luxury Hut yesterday to sell a Rolex, a bracelet and a few gold items, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by Raj and his assistant Cheryl. Raj was professional, knowledgeable and completely transparent throughout the process. We were offered a very fair price, and once we accepted, the money was transferred into our bank account immediately.
What really made the experience stand out was the friendly atmosphere. While we were waiting, we had a great chat and plenty of laughs with some returning customers, all of whom spoke very highly of Luxury Hut. Every one of them said it was the best place to buy and sell jewellery in Hatton Garden, and after our experience, we completely agree.
If you're looking for an honest, professional and friendly jeweller, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luxury Hut. Thank you to Raj and Cheryl for making the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
We will definitely visit again.
