A superb service all round!
I purchased a watch from Ben at BQ watches. We spoke on Tuesday, I paid the same day and the watch duly arrived on Thursday as promised. The watch was a gift, so the timing was crucial! I wasn't disappointed! Superb customer service, a rarity these day! The large bar of chocolate was an additional bonus!

excellent service start to finish
From the initial enquiry the customer service was excellent. when I arrived to view the watches, I was very impressed with the office/showroom. The team were very welcoming and professional.
didn't try to sell me anything and were interested in what I wanted and showed me a wide range of watches to choose from. super helpful and polite. Claire was the sales person given to me.
