Just bought a Submariner from you and am very happy with it. I had some difficulty paying by card as my bank apparently was receiving the confirmations they needed from their bank. I then rang the shop and they very kindly sent me an invoice and I was then able to pay by Bank Transfer. I rang the shop and they confirmed receipt and dispatched the watch by DPD and it arrived by 9:30 next day. The watch was in very good condition. For it's age (except for small dent in the clasp which would be easy to miss). Took the watch to my local jewellers and had 2 links removed so it would fit my skinny wrist! and it now looks very smart.
Excellent service and product. Would definitely buy from them again

I found Charles Fish to be a totally professional company who dealt with my purchase perfectly. All the communication from them kept me totally up to date and when my purchase arrived , I found it to be beautifully packaged and the ring was as beautiful as I thought it would be. The receipt for my ring was presented in a little wallet, which will keep it safe. I would certainly want to use Charles Fish again (please Santa) ❤️

Made me a decent offer on my watches which I accepted. Sent a DHL label which I printed off and packaged them up.Had them collected from home on Wednesday, arrived to them on Thursday, they got checked over on Friday and got money in my account later that day. Excellent service and will use again soon
