From communicating with Sam on Instagram initially through to collecting the timepiece in person, I felt like a valued customer along the whole process. That really meant a lot to me after the process with the AD’s. He answered all of my questions rapidly as I had explained it was my first Rolex. When visiting in person someone actually came in enquiring about the exact timepiece I was collecting and even considered asking to pay more. Sam was adamant it was off the table and carried on making the experience an unforgettable one for me and my partner. He explained everything to me just like an AD would and spent time fitting it perfectly.
I’m a firm believer that something’s value is what someone’s willing to pay, and the experience alone made it worth choosing to use Kettle Club. Will definitely be back.
