Not A Trending Web Anymore has too many ads and less people use it so it has less trust nowdays..

Good cheap site, occasionally sent incorrect items, but full refund given, good site to be fair.

Quality might be good if you're lucky enough,overall delivery services and packaging are good for me..

I am trying to warn people about Wish do not buy from them as they will not refund you if you get faulty or broken items. I had a seller I made an order from reach out to me and tell me that Wish hadn’t made a payment to him in 1 year which I have proof of should someone want or need it. The seller was pre warning me that the item I had bought was not going to get shipped. He provided me with documentation of my order and no payment so I dealt with him direct. Now a company like Wish is not broke they just don’t care about not just the buyer but the seller. It’s a typical company that only cares about profit margins and not the customer service or repeat customers. I am warning people because I had a battle with them over sending me a broken part. I used PayPal which only got me not a refund but a return address which was in Germany. It’s not PayPal’s fault but they have a return policy which I do understand but to send a broken part back to Germany is $34:40 so they picked the dearest place to send a broken part to which had no value to anyone. The funny thing is it came from China. I just got a email from them because I told them I was going to do my best to let people know about Wish with my IT knowledge please heed my warning as I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I have proof if you want it just ask me. I don’t want to put my emails up if your IT savvy you will get to me . Please don’t buy from Wish use Temu or Ali express you will get a refund without a battle of photos and documents

wish all companies were as good

I really trusted " WISH " for many years, but now I can't trust them anymore. I have ordered quite many products during the last months, but they are not able to deliver any longer. They are still cooperating with liars and criminals in my country, to get their parcels delivered, and that means I got nothing from them, because the delivery carrier are bringing the parcels to other places far from here or they are stealing the parcels. It seams that " WISH " has no control about, if the parcels will be delivered to the right addresses or not, and that's too bad. I will never trust this platform again, but buy from other platforms who knows what they are doing, and also have a full control. Even if I have told "WISH " about this, many times before, they still don't care or are not able to solve their own problems. IT'S A SHAME. (The date of experience is just a set date).

Ordered Blue ones, got pink ones. Not possible to get in contact with their helpdesk because there is An error in their system for uploading the requiered picture.

The descriptions were accurate. The prices were fair. The products were good.

Overall happy with my orders. Couple of items were not of the quality or size that I expected but for their price my expectations were not high. Majority of my orders were above my expectations and their price was much lower than I expected. Also as always, had no problems with Wish's shipping and received everything promptly.

It is very good

I was charged almost $28 for an item I did not receive. How can I prove I did not receive something?!?! Yet they cannot prove that it arrived at my address!!!

Priced ok but quality stinks and alot of false advertising!

I bought two of their vegetable peelers (and ended up with 5) with one side, a potato peeler and the other, a toothed 'blade'. The potato peeler manages to take the very slightest slither off the vegetable (not enough) and the side with the teeth on is rubbish. Nothing like how easy they show you on the videos. I can't be bothered to send them back but will alter the design on one of them in the hope that I can get it to work.

I’ve had a great experience shopping on Wish. Lots of affordable products to choose from and some really good deals if you don’t mind browsing a bit. Everything I ordered arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as described. Easy to use app and tracking is clear too. Happy with my orders and will keep using Wish for sure!

Order LARGE and they send SMALL. 4 weeks wait on crappy service like that.
And then theres ZERO support or contact, except a bot that do not understand.
WISH have become a ripoff scam app

Many manufactures who offer products at the Wish platform most of the time deliver bad quality products. Wish organisation is aware of these facts, but they dont do anything to avoid that customers will be scammed. Wish also will not grant improvement or exlude scam manufacturers. Despite their refund claims, no 100% refund will be given when products will be delivered broken (proven in practice).
