Fantastic experience with TP Toys. Bea in customer service was amazing. She helped us select the right item for our garden and provided great advice and guidance. When we had technical queries she spoke to her technical department pre purchase. When the item was delivered there was some scuffing on the slide so Bea arranged for a replacement part to be shipped.

Failed to deliver when I paid £10 ! Next day delivery.

I will not use this company again.

I cancelled my order and will buy elsewhere.

The see saw that I received was great nd my grandchildren couldnt wait to try it. However one of the wheels kept deflating which made it impossible to use. I contacted customer service to see if I could just send the wheel back and not the whole thing. They were extremely helpful and very prompt with their reply’s making the whole experience very efficient. What a team. I couldnt sing their praises enough as I’m sure many of you have had bad experiences in the past when trying to sort out a problem. Not with this team and I would 100% recommend this company for all your purchases xxx

I have purchased a few items from this company, I had an issue with a swing I had for my autistic non verbal grandson. Once I got a hold of a proper person I was sent a replacement very quickly so would buy from here again

Made an order for a swing back in June, it appeared in stock. Was expecting delivery 2 days later, but didn’t receive a dispatch email so I contacted them via chat. To talk to a human - it never worked when I pressed one of their preselectable options; i had to clear my cookies and just type to get through.

To be fair the customer service is where my review gets 2 stars, otherwise i’d only give one - once I was in contact the communication was good. It turned out my swing wasn’t in stock. I had to wait the best part of a month until delivery was expected. I was offered a full refund but i decided to wait.

The delivery company was a joke. Firstly; there were 7 parcels in this delivery. They lost one (swing seat) in their warehouse, but rather than deliver what they had, they wouldn’t dispatch what they had unless TP Toys contacted them. That delayed my order even further. The delivery window was missed by hours; no updates. They turned up around 9pm, they didn’t even knock on my door and left my £200 swing outside my house. The lights were on, someone was clearly home. As TP toys didn’t know what was missing; i had to check when it arrived what parcel delayed my delivery. To be fair, TP Toys dispatched a new seat immediately via RM and it arrived very quickly.

And finally. Albeit small, I was also missing the TP logo from my set - i contacted customer services who told me it was out of stock and they’d send one once it arrived. Still waiting.

That’s an honest review. Disappointed in my experience tbh.

I recently purchased a baby/ infant swing from TP, having purchased previous products from TP I know there products are good value and good quality. The website was easy to navigate and the product was located without any pain, excellent communication regarding purchase and delivery, the product arrived in good order in given time slot.

(Update): finally spoke to someone with TP and was able to sort out the delivery, which did take 7 days in the end. the swing from TP is the best quality hence why I as prepared to wait, this was to replace one that lasted 16 years!!, what has let them down so badly is the delivery company who really don't seem to care. anyway got there is the end. (PREVIOUS) .Like the other reviewers when e-mailing support you just get an AI bot responding with information you already know. So I would not bother with this option.
The swing I ordered said 48 hour delivery, 5 days later it's still showing "At delivery Depot". best thing I can do is cancel and try and get a refund (from another bot i suspect)
I don't blame TP completely on this but as there are no humans so don't see a way of getting the matter sorted.
Bear this in mind if you decide to buy direct, my advise, go to a supplier / garden center etc. and talk to a human

The whole construction only took a few days,beautiful,solid pieces ,will last for years.
My 3 year old granddaughter says “it’s my favourite thing in the whole world “

Great play equipment that seems built to last, made from strong materials.

We realised one box was undelivered and the company were extremely helpful and promptly resent it without any issues (despite it being a fair few months since the ordered was delived).

Not the easiest to out together and the instructions can be a little misleading due to the equipment coming in so many different configurations.

We had an issue with a tear in the grandkids UFO Den, we contacted TP Toys and Charlotte asked for some more information from us, which we supplied. Within minutes she had told us a new Den was on the way.
What great customer service, well done Charlotte.

Excellent customer service, Zain was really helpful and managed all questions we had and was able to resolve any issues. Really quick to respond and to resolve any problem.

Ordered on the thursday and was delivered on the saturday.
Comes with everything you need including the anchors to secure it to the ground so theres no need to purchase anything seperately.
Love the idea that you can upgrade and add on any other skywood product to extend it.
Was 100% worth the purchase

Ordered a 10 foot trampoline, no problems with delivery and excellent quality item.

Bought my granddaughter a swing and so good. It can be adjusted as she grows, very sturdy, brilliant price. Super quick delivery

Excellent swing, just let down by a poor delivery experience

The swing itself is excellent quality and we’re really pleased with it. We can’t wait for our grandson to have a go!

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing. The 48-hour courier service was provided as part of the purchase, but the order arrived with a critical part missing. We understand that the terms and conditions state that the delivery may arrive in separate parcels, but in this case we were informed that the missing top bar had actually been lost by the courier. In those circumstances, we would have expected the order to have arrived complete.

In fairness to TP Customer Services, once we made them aware of the problem, they arranged for a replacement part to be shipped and it arrived within a couple of days. We can’t fault them for how quickly they dealt with the issue.

They also provided an additional discount as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated.

So, while the initial delivery experience was disappointing and frustrating, the issue was ultimately resolved promptly. The swing itself is excellent, and we’re otherwise very happy with the product. Hopefully the delivery problem was a one-off.

purchased the mud kitchen for grand daughter, great product, great delivery had a little problem with the tap contacted them and it was sorted straight away, thank you, happy customer.

Very happy with the wooden climbing frame, very good quality item my daughter loves it and hasn't got off it for days. Also very good customer service. Would highly recommend.

We’re really happy with the slide itself and, once it finally arrived, we absolutely loved it. It was easy to assemble onto our wooden frame and looks great.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience really let Top Toys down. Despite contacting customer service, who were very helpful and friendly, the slide was delivered without any notice while we were out and simply left on our driveway. Overall, we’re very pleased with the product, but the delivery service was extremely disappointing.

I bought a TP Explorer Metal Climbing Frame Set with Ripple Slide & Jungle Run for my four year only son. It’s ideal for him with room to grow. The frame was ok to put together, instructions were clear once we’d understood which poles were which - it wasn’t an issue, we just had to be organised. Delivery was fast. Overall, we’re very impressed and my son loves it.

Speedy delivery of the Climbing frame with inner tent combo - all parts correct! Great guide for putting it together. Well package with no damage. Great price on offer!
