A very solid product
The product is a solid piece of kit. The timber is good quality and the metalwork is well-made and extremely sturdy. Delivery was fast, and assembly was easy thanks to the detailed instructions. It’s definitely a 2 person build, and it’s helpful to have a socket wrench and impact driver to hand.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. When I purchased the item it was advertised as 3-5 working days delivery. I placed the order too late so wasn't expecting pre bank holiday delivery. However, I live locally and this was noticed by the warehouse - they gave me a call the very same day to check I was in, I was and one of the workers dropped it off on their way home! Full marks from my granddaughter who's loving the slide!

When my order was delivered with a part missing .Shaun advised as they don’t carry spare parts he would replace the whole order . I will certainly use this company again as the toy garage was of excellent quality . I intend donating the original order to a children’s charity

Ordered a wonderful climbing frame with swing slide and climbing wall. Delivered promptly and on the day I asked for. My husband painted it all before putting up which took time
Then put it up in around 6/8 hours but alone. He's very good at these things and wanted it to be very precise. My children love it. We are very pleased

Great quality and easy to assemble
Excellent quality and easy to assemble, the 10ft ladder, water slide and adventure wall have been a big hit this summer - our grandchildren have had hours of fun playing on them.

Great fun for the Grandchildren!
We ordered the Voyager Swing Set in green .
The ordering was easy & delivery fast & with great care .
The wood was well wrapped & the swings , glider & accessories & tools etc well packaged in a box with all the instructions.
The slide too was wrapped up & well protected.
It took us a few hours to build & we found it a bit complicated in parts, we had never done anything like this before but we had great help from the customer service support team who replied to our questions via email so promptly - they were fantastic!
We wanted a wooden play set as liked the look of it in the garden, & even though there were several splits in the posts we were assured they were normal due to the treatment process & wouldn’t affect the safety of the set .
We have 4 grandchildren of ages ranging from 1 - 4 with another on the way & the Voyager gave us a good mix of activities for all with the added safety of the baby seat for the younger ones .
The set as a whole is very sturdy & we concreted the 4 out of 6 posts into the ground for extra safety & stability.
The swings are easy to adjust in height & they can also be unclipped & stored when not being used for longer periods .
The children had great fun using all the different equipment . Supervision is needed especially with the younger ones as they can easily run in-front or behind the swings etc when the others are using them .
Overall we are delighted with this swing set it looks great in the garden & it will provide lots of fun for all the grandchildren for years to come . It’s so nice to watch them play & enjoy themselves in the fresh air.
A great product well worth the money & time to build .

Solid climbing frame - happy!
We are really happy with the climbing frame! The timber is solid and feels like its good quality. It would be 5 stars but I did need to contact Outdoor Toys after the delivery company didn't contact me to arrange delivery. The sales team were fantastic throughout, giving updates and made sure it was delivered on time.
Worth noting we employed someone to install it. It took them well over a day to do it and they were a professional, so bear that in mind. Also, concrete the posts in and ensure the ground is level before installing - might be worth Outdoor Toys to provide some guidence on this.

Customer service fantastic
I had a bad experience with the delivery of our playset but I have to say I was really impressed with how the team dealt with it. The customer service was very helpful, friendly and understanding.
Thanks to their support a negative situation turned more positive and the play set itself is really nice quality and my daughter loves it already.

Playset is fantastic and sturdy
Playset is fantastic and sturdy, instructions were clear and well organised. It was a bit daunting when the set arrived as it is not assembled in any way and you need to drill everything yourself, but we put it together with ease and it is beautiful our daughter loves it. She saw it and said “oh my park! It is so beautiful!”
