⭐ 1 STAR — STRONG WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS

**BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM TOYS AND GARDEN.**

I paid **€489** for an AXI slide and returned the **complete item — slide + 2 boxes in the original packaging**. Their courier collected everything from me on **23 July**.

Now I’m being told that only the slide was received, while my **€489 is still not refunded**. I am left chasing the company and waiting for them to investigate their own courier.

Even worse, when I called for an update, the customer service representative was **extremely rude and dismissive** instead of giving me a reasonable timeline or proper assistance.

**My warning to other customers: if you return anything, document every single box/item and make sure the courier writes EVERYTHING on the receipt. Do not make the mistake I made of trusting that the collection would be properly recorded.**

Very disappointing experience. **€489 of my money is stuck, and I’m the one having to chase them for answers.**

This has been one of the worst transactions online. I paid €414+ for a 'garden chest'. One small shower of rain and it completely buckled and distorted. The lid hinge also buckled and cannot safely stay up now. Company told me that it says 'for interior use' in the small print. Why then call it a 'garden chest' AND provide a plastic winter cover if there is no expectation that this will be used outside?! The description is completely ambiguous. I filed a claim with Paypal who found in my favor. However, due to the fact that I could not dismantle this bulky item on my own, place it back on the palette and take back to the roadside (100 m - it needed an electric trolley to be delivered), I was not able to return it and I then lost my money. The company were completely unhelpful, even rude to me and ensured that they put conditions on the return knowing that it would be impossible for me. I am now stuck with a completely useless cupboard for which I paid a lot of money. Whether Toys and Garden or Pragma (also a name they use), be very careful before making a purchase as their descriptions are very misleading.
