I bought a swing with a Quadpod swing seat from tp. On very first use, a sharp plastic edge on the t-piece caused a cut on my granddaughter’s leg. tp were quick to despatch a replacement which had exactly the same manufacturing flaws, as did the second replacement when that arrived. I have lost patience and fixed the issue myself.

My Grandson asked for monkey bars to be added to our TP climbing set recently. I was so pleased to find out it could be easily added to our structure simply. It arrived promptly, we built it and erected it in a couple of hours and ‘hey presto’ happy grandson!! Great quality with simple, well labelled parts. Recommend over an alternative brand we purchased previously.

Don’t rely on 48 hour service Customer service not great,just excuses and the words HOPEFULLY it will arrive tomorrow Not good enough when they clearly state 48 hr delivery

They delivered the wrong items. I took photos of the mistake which they immediately acknowledged saying they would investigate. I didn't hear anything to update on the situation or explain how the right items will get delivered. They did make contact after this review, sent the right item and provide some options for the issues caused. Therefore this has been upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars based on the total experience.

Great item, easy ordering and swift delivery,

My items arrived quickly and just what I wanted - a replacement cover for the den and the swingball set. My kids are enjoying the new activity. Jackie in customer service responded very quickly to find out where a parcel was when my order was split by the delivery company between two drivers

Ordered a trampoline for daughter’s birthday. Chose a nominated day to get there in time (48 hour delivery). 6 days later, order is nowhere to be seen, no one answering calls, now one called me back after leaving voice messages on their answer phone. Customer services is AI so no chance I’m talking to a real person. Will never buy from here again and will not be recommending.

Great aftercare experience when one of our trampoline poles broke. Replacement sent with no charge. Appreciated

Ordered this table for my grandsons birthday, bit disappointing that one of the cups didn’t fit its slot properly but did manage to go online and sort it out eventually!! Please be in mind to keep all batch numbers when having problems as without this you’ll get nowhere. My son had to scramble through all the wrappings that were now in the recycling to get batch number!! Spare part arrived shortly after so fingers crossed it fits

While my order did technically go wrong, it was an Amazon dispatch issue. And as soon as they were contacted, the TP Toys team leapt straight in to fix the problem, dispatching my missing item within a matter of minutes. The customer service provided was top notch! These are lovely quality products. We ordered the kitchen helper tower after being gifted the pickler triangle for our kiddo, by a friend. It has stood the test of time for a year so far and still looks brand new even though it's had tons of use.

Easy to order the metal climbing frame and accessories at a great price.
Delivery was free and arrived when advised it would.
Found 1 small plastic end piece missing. Contacted customer services and Charlotte dealt with the issue promptly.
My only suggestion would be to put stickers on each larger part as there were a number of pieces that were very similar and it was difficult to work out which was which.
A very positive experience buying from TP. Would be happy to recommend.

Useless company

We purchased a climbing frame with a slide from TP Toys and the kids love it. It’s a solid frame. The customer service were brilliant especially Bee who was always helpful when we had a part missing who got it dispatched in a short time.

Great price they definitely beat high Street retailers prices ..received my package in good condition easy to purchase on the website..also updates to where your parcel is. Come on time great quality and what surprises me was how large my free gift was my son lives his water melon and play den I originally was shopping for a great site to get deals from an il most definitely be ordering my swing an slide from here

Customer service and delivery are an absolute joke. Do not expect your delivery in 48 hours as stated, tracking is abysmal, customer service uncontactable by phone as they NEVER answer so your only option is email, then your delivery turns up at 7:30pm at night when you are putting the kids to bed. Apparently they would contact me to tell me a rough time, unsurprisingly that never happened. Boxes turned up torn and battered.

As a goodwill gesture, they issued a 15% refund and asked that I either amend or remove my bad review. Unfortunately people need to be warned about this company and so the review will be staying

We have the climbing frame and ufo pod and we love it. Great quality and really good service.

I wanted to update my previous review now that the order has been resolved.

The slide has now arrived, it’s been built, and most importantly, the children are absolutely thrilled with it. Having autism and ADHD, they really thrive from being outdoors as it helps them regulate themselves. The quality of the slide is great and seeing how happy they are playing on it has made the long wait for delivery worthwhile.

I also received a call from Jackie, who took the time to check that everything had arrived safely and that I was happy with the product. She reassured me that if there were any issues once it had been unboxed and assembled, she would personally make sure they were sorted. She genuinely listened to my concerns about the delay and even offered me a small refund as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when a company follows up and shows they genuinely care about their customers after an issue.

I’m leaving 4 stars because the delivery took much longer than expected, and the communication during that time could have been much better. I only received one email explaining there had been an issue with the ship delivering the products and advising that my delivery date would be 17th July. Unfortunately, the slide didn’t arrive until 21st July, after I contacted the company to chase my order. It was only then that the order was investigated and dispatched the following day. Better communication and more proactive updates would have made the experience far less frustrating.

That being said, the customer service after the issue was excellent and the problem was resolved professionally. The children are loving their new slide and I’d like to say a big thank you to Jackie for going the extra mile to put things right

**Updated** this slide has broke all because I tried to move it to its forever position, the washers have completely come away so now the holes are bigger than the screws and I’ve asked numerous times via email if this can be repaired or replaced through warranty, because according to the website there’s a 2 year warranty on items brought through TP toys website.
I’ve tried to call multiple times, I just get contact with Alex the AI, multiple images have been sent also, I’m yet to have a human to contact me and confirm what can be done about this. I’ve had to involve Klarna to pause the payments and provided them proof of the multiple emails I have sent and the call logs I’ve tried to make. Klarna are now taking over because I’m not getting a response through emailing tp toys, I’ve been emailing about this broken slide since the 28/07/2026 which is now behind my shed because it can not be used at all

Absolute joke. Ordered a swing set and paid nominated delivery. Never even bothered to notify me it was out of stock and wouldnt be delivered for another 2 week at the earliest after waiting in all day to make sure i got it for my grandaughters birthday. I cancelled the order and re ordered another swing set to be told it would be delivered 48 hours. Still havent received it. Very disapointed 6 year old grandaughter. Not good enough

TP Toys have made a mistake picking our order, sending us a duplicate box and missing the swings and brackets package. These things happen so I thought the missing box would be sent ASAP. I have tried calling TP Toys several times, the phone is NEVER answered and the answer machine is full so you can’t leave a message.

I have emailed them 3 times in the last week, and I did receive a response to one of the emails asking me to send pictures of what boxes I did receive, which I sent back straight away.

I have had zero contact in the last five days, I have a part built climbing frame that my 4 and 6 year old cannot use, cardboard boxes everywhere as I daren’t throw them away.

Delivery takes a lot longer than advertised, they use a company called XDP which are impossible to contact. My order has been dumped outside someone else’s house, I’m assuming the driver has forged a signature. On their portal it states they have text and emailed me but this is untrue. Very disappointing from a large company, it seems they use a cheap courier. Currently awaiting a response from customer service but they don’t seem in a hurry. I’m currently £100 out of pocket and no one seems interested. Will never order from them again.
