My telephone call with Faye
My telephone call with Faye. After I called with the poor fabric of the dress I’d ordered I.e. extremely badly creased even after ironing, Faye was very helpful and apologetic on Santander’s behalf.
I wasn’t too happy with the trouble now of returning the dress as never an easy process.
Faye was outstanding the cost of the dress would be refunded to me with no need to return.
Saddened the dress not right but most grateful to Faye.
Will most likely give the dress to my local charity,

I made a mistake on my order and wanted it to be cancelled. I received prompt response by a member of the team called Lily who sorted it out for me and arranged my refund. This was done so promptly. I would say the customer care was outstanding.

Returns Service
I wished to return an item but had difficulty in downloading the label as I had no order number due to my changing my email address.
I contacted the return team. The response was very quick and I had excellent help from Lily. First rate customer service. As a complete technophobe Lily patiently helped me to resolve the issue responding to my many queries. I will confidently use Sosander again knowing any issues will be quickly resolved.

I had a little button issue with a shirt I had ordered. I contacted Sosander and the customer care I received from Charlie was exceptional. The communication was excellent and Charlie sent a replacement straight away. I am now very happy with my shirt. Thank you Charlie for all your help in this matter.

I would like to share some positive feedback about the excellent service I received from Faye in Customer Services.
When I called the customer service line, my call was answered quickly by Faye, a lovely person who genuinely cared. As a first-time Sosandar customer, I was unaware of the 14-day return policy and was worried when I realised I had missed the return window.
Faye took the time to listen to my situation, clearly explained the policy, and kindly looked into whether anything could be done. I was delighted when she returned to the call to confirm that a full refund could be honoured on this occasion. She also promptly sent me the returns label I needed, making the process straightforward and stress-free.

Resolved delivery problem.
The website is easy to use to place an order but the four items I ordered never arrived. Evri said that they were awaiting the parcel, Sosandar said that the parcel was on its way. I contacted customer support by email and explained the problem. Sofia, a member of the support team, got back to me and tried to find out where the parcel had gone. I do not know whose fault it was but I was offered a refund or, depending whether the items were still available, the items on my order. I opted for the latter, unfortunately only 2 items were available. I received the 2 items by express Royal Mail delivery, and my refund for the other 2 items. I only received part of the refund and had to ask for the remaining amount, which I have now received. Sofia was very helpful and friendly, and eventually the problem was resolved. I'm glad that over the course of the emails going back and forth (starting 9 July-16July), Sofia was the person I dealt with therefore she was aware of the problem without me having to repeat it to someone else. I would give Sofia 5 stars!

Issue refunds more quickly
Sosandar could improve their customer relations by issuing refunds more quickly. Advised by email that my refund had been issued - three weeks later - nothing!!
It seems they want to keep hold of customers' money as long as possible! I relayed my concerns to an assistant in the Marlow store and she responded that she had been waiting for a refund from Hobbs for three months - not helpful!! It really puts me off buying from them in the future.
