I saw a sweater from Dsquared2 that I really wanted but couldn't find it under 350€+ so I gave it a week to see if I will still want it. After I was sure I still want it I went to check the prices on official website and on Farfetch. I found it here for 300€ with delivery + Free return included!
Yesterday the order arrived and I was happy with the sweater and sizing.
Negative would be there was no sizing recommendations for the sweater, no proper material details or washing instructions. Sometimes in the past I would go to Farfetch to find sizing for certain clothes I found elsewhere so I will take just 1 star off for that, usually they are good.
Prices could also be bit better, for this sweater it was a great price but in general, they are not the best. One more thing I don't like is when sometimes I would find an item for a good price and then when you go to your size, the price gets increased a lot.

Two weeks of chasing for one order – avoid.
I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers (order 3R3W5P) on 22 August. The order sat in "Preparing Order" for days with zero progress. Nobody informed me of any delay – I only found out when I contacted them myself, at which point they quietly extended the delivery date by nearly 10 days.
When I asked to cancel, I was told cancellation was "not possible" and to wait. On the deadline they themselves set, tracking still showed no movement. Only after my repeated chasing did they declare the package lost and refund me.
Then the "lost" package was delivered to me anyway. I reported it honestly and asked them to collect it. They booked a courier collection without asking if the date or time suited me, and I had to buy packing materials, pack the box, attach their labels, and stay home for a four-hour window – all to fix their mistake.
At every step the service was reactive and indifferent. Nobody proactively monitored the order. Their final response to my complaint was a generic templated apology.
Refund received, but the experience was appalling. I won't shop with Farfetch again.
