I had a delivery issue my parcel…
I had a delivery issue my parcel delivered to the incorrect address and postcode which i was told to visit to see if my parcel was there which I did with no sign of my parcel and I have now been told to get a police report within 7 days which I think is ridiculous as the police I am sure have better things to do with their time …
Needless to say will not be using farfetch again shame on you .

It's a pity that, despite the reviews highlighting how bad the delivery service is, you are still using this provider.
This means that your customers' feedback is worthless to you.
That being said, I have been home all day waiting for my parcel, and only now, at 17:15, has UPS informed me that my delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow.

Shocked to receive it in this condition.
The Celine silk scarf was wrapped carelessly only in thin tissue and stuffed into a paper packing envelope as compared to the Givenchy one which arrived packed beautifully in a box protecting the scarf. The Celine scarf arrived crumpled and doesn’t justify the premium purchase made via Farfetch. Disappointed for the first time with my purchases made over the platform.

Love that you give the option to deliver without signature. It’s a pain having to rearrange deliveries just so you could receive them in person (talking about other online luxury shopping platforms here). With DHL, you can follow along the delivery and could estimate the courier’s actual arrival. That’s perfect for someone who’s a professional like me who’s juggling meetings and calls in between.
I also appreciate that you have a rewards system to value customers’ loyalty, even though I have yet to experience the actual perks. I wish you offer discounts without restrictions (because other platforms make it possible despite the already discounted prices). Also, it would be nice if the customers don’t have to shoulder the shipping costs.
Overall, I’m happy with all my purchases so far and look forward to more shopping for value items.
