Vans sneakers wrong sizes
I ordered Vans sneakers 11.2025 and YOOX sent wrong size, should be 38.5 but YOOX sent 41. Today I received new Vans sneakers I ordered a week ago and again received the wrong size (now I received 38, but should be 38.5)! So every time I receive wrong size for Vans sneakers at YOOX.

Buyer Beware
Buyer beware. I’m still waiting for a €58 refund out of a €70 purchase (on which they gladly took initiative to charge me for the return label they included). And after multiple contacts, I’ve received explanations about fees and processing timelines, but no clear answer as to where the money actually is. It’s been over a month now. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating and ongoing like a 13 series drama.
I would not order from this company again, and would absolutely encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.

YOOX NO HELP WHATSOEVER
I have used YOOX on numerous occasions before but this time my order has had delay after delay the problem is that they use UPS for delivery. I have already had 3 delivery dates so far and yesterday it was marked as out for delivery so I waited in all day and no delivery so I contacted UPS and got passed from one bot to another and they just kept repeating the same rhetoric and were no help whatsoever. Today I contacted YOOX and basically got told that they couldn’t do anything as it was still within the delivery time frame. But I explained to them that I had already wasted all day yesterday waiting in and now I have to waste all day today waiting in for them but they did not care and again just kept on repeating the same rhetoric which was absolutely useless to me. So they have now lost a loyal customer who has spent a lot of money with them. They should use a more reliable delivery company as UPS has so many 1 star reviews and never reply or apologise to customers it’s beyond a joke. thanks for nothing YOOX you have now lost a customer. Update I have sent you the information that you have requested.

Refund Promised Within 7 Days, Still Waiting After 3 Weeks
It has now been three weeks since they confirmed that my return was received at their warehouse. They originally stated that my refund would be processed within 3–7 business days; however, I still have not received it.
To be honest, this is completely unacceptable. I have been repeatedly chasing this matter by email and phone, almost every day, but I keep receiving the same generic response:
"Please rest assured that the matter is being investigated, and we will contact you as soon as there are any updates available. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on your request."
The customer service representative I spoke with came across as very condescending and even seemed to scoff at me for contacting them frequently, despite the fact that I am simply trying to resolve an issue that should have been dealt with weeks ago. There was no apology, no empathy, and no meaningful update.
What is particularly frustrating is that they will not provide any timeframe for resolving the issue, so I have no idea how much longer I am expected to wait for money that is rightfully mine.
I simply want my refund processed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend YOOX at all. Their customer service has been disappointing, and the lack of communication and accountability has made an already frustrating situation even worse.
Please just issue my refund.
