Not a great service. This is supposed to be a mega store but has a very bad service, very unprofessional and they have a lot on display but not available for purchase. I have been here many times and always something never left from here happy. Will need to stop going to this store in Häggvik.

Extremely disappointing experience.
It has been almost 2 months since we started renovating our kitchen, even though we were told it would take around 3 weeks.
There has been a new problem almost every single day. They have repeatedly sent the wrong parts. The fridge panels were sent incorrectly three different times. Cabinet parts were either wrong or missing, and one time they even sent us the wrong sink! At one point, they also forgot to come and install the countertop, leaving our kitchen half-finished.
The whole process has been incredibly stressful, frustrating, and inconvenient. I have a child, and we have been without a proper stove/gas for almost 2 months, which has made cooking and everyday life extremely difficult.
We have also had to deal with significant additional costs because of all these delays and mistakes.
If we had known beforehand that the renovation would turn into this kind of ongoing problem, we would never have chosen this company.
And don’t be fooled by their “40% sale” — in our experience, it is completely misleading.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend them.

The worst customer service, their sight is bad. Their instructions regarding customer service needs to be better. Plus calling them needs booking? Because I have been calling them to help with my issue on a purchase I made. Poor customer service and their bot is needs to be upgraded same with their website. Before I could use their sight it would crash at first seems like there needs to be a better organised and well functioning customer service. Really disappointed.

Ordered an item through their website, one of their outlet offers.

The item arrived but a few things were missing from the package, after a quick chat with their costumer service, a representative from the store that had sent me my package contacted me and solved any issues I had perfectly well!

During a sales promotion, I purchased an LG 65" QNED85 4K QNED MiniLED TV. After making me wait 22 days for delivery, the company only offered me $30 as compensation for the delay.

When I took the TV home and tried to connect it to my PS5, I discovered that they had sold me a different model than the one I had ordered. Instead of the LG 65" QNED85 4K QNED MiniLED, I received an LG 65QNED80A6A.

These are not the same TV. The model I ordered has a 120Hz refresh rate, while the one I received only supports 60Hz, which is a significant downgrade, especially for gaming.

I contacted customer service, and they told me that they were not responsible because the order was handled by the store in Uddevalla. They said the store would contact me to resolve the issue, but no one has called me.

I believe I was misled and sold a product that does not match what I paid for.

Be careful with contact with the phonehouse. You may get scammed to a phone subscription that you can't regret. Elgiganten customer services know about that as many customers wrote reviews about the same issue and they haven't done anything to stop this practice.

The service in shops is great so long as you are planning to spend money, but if you need support with anything, they will make it as hard, expensive, and unpleasant as possible. Truly dissapointing. They will offer no compensation for inconvenience, no reasonable replacement, and don't even offer your money back.

Support staff is rude, cold, and careless.

Shops have a good selection, but I'll just browse from now on and buy elsewhere where they do respect customers.

Lots of people apparently have problems. I did not. I ordered a laptop which was cheap, was exactly what I ordered and was delivered very quickly. Question to the customer servce about the delivery was responded to within hours.
Can't fault this company. Would order again there.

I purchased a TV online and, after opening the box, noticed the warranty card is not filled out. I contacted Elgiganten customer support, and they emailed me back that I can go to any of their stores to get help with it. I went to the Elgiganten store in Stockholm Galleria, and they told me that for this matter I should go to Elgiganten in Kungsgatan. I went there, and they also denied filling out and signing the warranty card, telling me that it's not possible to sign on behalf of Elgiganten!

I have an issue with my washing machine and they decided to replace the product under warranty. It takes way too long and way to many phone calls to get things done. Two months later I still have no replacement machine even it is confirmed I will have it. However, customer service agents are really nice and try to find good solutions.

I was scammed, simple !

Day 2 of making reviews on elgiganten as I didn’t receive my order still after paying in full and 1 month delayed.

No matter how much you follow the rules for how the space for the installation service should be, they will refuse to do it most often than not, and lie about the reasons why they could not do it. They will say you need to reschedule, but in fact they want you to pay for the service multiple times. No refund is possible because they will accuse you of breaching the agreement. You also cannot leave a review after buying, unless they invite you to leave one!

a little update about my son's xbox. we had the extra insurance on it. they said they sent it off to be looked at got a reply 5 weeks later the xbox is totally broken its best to buy a new one. we can let you have one for 6800 kr. no thanks took it to cafe på bit here in skellefteå. all they had to do was change the hdmi port. cost me 600 kr plus 6 months garentee. they all so cleaned the inside. now that's service. not these scam company that try and cheat you out if money. Will never be using these again. avoid like the plaque.

I bought a laptop that was faulty out of the box, and they refused an immediate exchange. They sent it for a 'three-week repair' instead. Worst customer service ever

Shit place, absolutely no support, loads of staff, does nothing, as you come across to ask suddenly they're ultra busy... As soon as you show to support center suddenly everyone disappears.

I bought a coffee machine that stopped working after just three days. When I brought it back, the staff was incredibly dismissive and refused an immediate exchange, insisting it had to be sent away for a 'service check' that could take weeks. I’m stuck without my money or a working product. Truly terrible customer service

Picked up some new gaming peripherals here. The prices are competitive and they usually have everything in stock. The reason for 3 stars is the in-store experience; it’s almost impossible to get help from a staff member without waiting in a long queue. Great if you know what you want, but don't expect quick advice
