Emma O'Reilly has been fantastic throughout the booking process. Sadly we had to delay our trip for health reasons but she has been amazing in rescheduling everything for us with zero fuss. Seamless from end to end and amazingly cheaper than booking with the resort direct. Many thanks Emma for truly great customer service!

Our personal travel concierge Amy dealt with us very professionally she was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements. Amy even contacted the hotel to confirm if there were any closures or unavailability of restaurants or amenities of which there were none which gave us peace of mind but also by Amy speaking to the hotel she managed to get a further discount which was great.
