Very impressed with the service provided by Akeshi.
We carried out an internet search for a two centre trip to Istanbul, and Cappadocia. It was on a Sunday evening so we didn’t expect a response until the next day. However, Akeshi, from Blue Lotus Vacations, got in touch with us almost immediately (at 17.46pm) via WhatsApp chat - which I find very user friendly. Buy 17.52pm she provided us with a detailed itinerary, which ticked all the boxes for us! It will be a slightly complicated trip, but all our questions and requests were handled promptly and efficiently. By mid evening, everything was finalised, and I received a confirmation email the next day. Akeshi was so polite and friendly, addressing me by my name, often. A nice personal touch. So thank you Akeshi!
(We sent enquiries at the same time to 2 or 3 other companies, but we are still waiting to hear from them, 2 days later!)
