Ordered £500 worth of blinds many…
Ordered £500 worth of blinds many months ago for a high ceiling Edwardian property. Can barely reach the chains and therefore requested longer ones via email. I’ve been frustratingly going back and forth with their AI / Human chat and still have not received the longer chains despite numerous emails of the order has been processed / dispatched.

Really struggling with the tension on one of the larger blinds, despite following the instructions there is still a slight gap on one side of the blind, this gives a poor impression of the blinds.
