Fourth or fifth order over the years

Probably fourth order of different window coverings over the years. Always very easy. It was unfortunate that a fabric had been discontinued but their samples service is super fast and free it was easy to find another. Great quality and easy to fit - so we didn't look elsewhere. Good deals too. Real people do answer detailed email queries quite quickly. The new AI phone service is the only thing I truly disliked, but he does pass you over if you ask nicely. (Get rid of that, it's awful)

These people are great

These people are great. They have to cope with the shifting sands of grants and protocols. They did get stuck in on extra in on extra work to get out application through - despite the original application failing because the grant rules changed. Thanks!

Ask for Matt & Dave

If one spends a significant sum on decent furniture, one needs confidence that it's is looked after in transit, then brought into the house with care and set up without risk. These guys checked out the route thru the house, bringing things in was no-drana; removed decent protective layers, and set it up efficiently. I thought it was a good idea to ask for the employed team - I was happy I did that. Well done, fellas. TopDarts.

Mandarin is top on all counts

We went to Mandarin Cheltenham last of all, having been to the out of town places, looking for a deal. On looking around we, realised Mandarin was:
A Very Competitive with bigger outlets
B Had the most amazing selection
Seriously - check them out. Fantastic choice and knowledgable people. All beautifully fitted by Leigh of Lustre tiles. It was Leigh that recommended we do go into Mandarin - so pleased he did. (Leigj did the honed limestone justice and I'm sure Mandarin would recommend him, too. I do. 🤙🏻
