82 Minutes on Hold to Cancel a Delivery That Took 10 Seconds
I realized I had to call customer support because I wasn't receiving any response through the chat. After waiting 1 hour and 22 minutes on hold, I finally reached an agent.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was later told the chat agent I had been trying to contact wasn't working that morning. In other words, there was no chance I was going to get help through the chat, yet I wasn't informed of that. My only option was to wait on the phone for over an hour.
The most unbelievable part? The issue itself took about 10 seconds to resolve. I simply told the agent that I wanted to cancel the delivery of a parcel, and it was done immediately.
Waiting 82 minutes for a request that can be handled in seconds is an extremely poor customer experience and a complete waste of customers' time.

Bad delivery
They never deliver on time. Been waiting since 16:00 till 22:30 and the driver was nearby, instead of delivery my package, the driver drove to another direction to delivery the package. Fine, they have their route. The app is suck, it said deliver in 1 min but then back to 2hr and then 1hr and then 20 m and last, we're unable to estimate an exact delivery time right now. Waiting whole day for nothing. So my time is not as important as their.
