I like being able to book ahead and make vehicle change, when at times it’s become necessary.

It does not state anywhere on the booking confirmation that the season passes auto renew. I did not set up a direct debit for them to take money out of my account on a monthly basis. Very misleading

Picked up son from Manchester airport and forgot to pay for my 5 minute stay. My fault clearly but you can't pre pay, or pay there, so easily forgotten. BUT we went on holiday a few days later for two weeks and on return and hey presto a letter for £60 pound for up to 14 days and £100 after. I had no way to even get the reduced price. With automated systems this would have cost peanuts for the processing. I have no problem with fines but paying x20 the original cost? If you want to see what rip of Britain looks like. It's this!

Camera didn't recognise my number plates, after 2-minutes queuing ,barrier wouldn't open,had to back out and go to next barrier for the lady to let me out.

Really happy with the help I received from Abigail at APCOA. She was incredibly kind, helpful and efficient, and sorted everything out for me very quickly. She was also very friendly and understanding throughout. Thank you so much, Abigail, for your excellent customer service!

I Emailed the parking company , As I had picked the wrong car park , they was very helpful , asked a couple question , then within a couple of days , I had received the refund ,

We couldn't find the carpark we booked in advance due the horrendous one way system in Cardiff city centre. It was a Saturday match day in Cardiff and the traffic was horrendous. We kept getting stuck in the wrong lane and being sent in the wrong direction even though the carpark was just a few hundred yards away. We gave up in the end and used another more accessible carpark and lost our money unfortunately as APCOA do not give refunds even if you do not use the space you booked.

Spoke to a customer service advisor who was great however didn’t do what she said she was doing which resulted in a parking charge

good location for tram connections

I have to take my invalid wife to James Pagnett hospital on a regular appointment I first took my wife’s blue badge to reception and the lady told me your badge is registered so I thought that was it so every time I took my wife to hospital I thought I was ok for parking but I received a parking fine for £520 pounds disgusting what a company.

Used 'book in advance' for the first time to take my 90 year old mum, who has difficulty walking, to the GP. It worked like a dream! I didn't have to guide her to the car, then leave her alone while I went to pay. Brilliant!
