Excellent selection and outstanding customer support
They have a great selection of books (new and second-hand) that I can’t easily find where I live. What is more, got an issue with a delivery that never arrived, but their customer support resolved it immediately. Kudos to the support team!

Poor service …
My ordered book was undelivered due to a problem with the addressing. It was returned to sender and l received a full refund. No attempt appeared to have been made to sort the problem out and get the book to me. I ordered the book through another online company and received the order within 3 days. I will not be using this company again
