Damaged book and no response to my refund request
I received my order with the book severely damaged. The bottom-right corner was crushed, bent and torn, despite the item being sold as new.
I opened a support request on August 28 (Issue #257291), attached clear photos showing the damage, and requested a refund. As of September 3, the case is still marked as “Pending Review” and I have received no response or solution.
I understand that support requests may take some time to process, but I expected at least an acknowledgement or an update regarding my case.
I would appreciate it if Bookdelivery could review my request and provide a solution.

Good quality and value book with good communication
I'd been looking at a book for quite a while but it had been too expensive on other sites. Here, it was a lot cheaper and brand new. Waited quite a few days for delivery but communication was good and would definitely use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish
The whole purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Payment was easy, and I was pleasantly surprised that the international shipping cost was quite reasonable and not exorbitant.
I also appreciated the regular shipping updates and the tracking information, which made it easy to keep an eye on the parcel. The book arrived a few days earlier than the estimated delivery date and was packaged well, arriving in excellent condition.
Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Although the books at Book Delivery are sometimes a bit more expensive than on other sites, their delivery fee is reasonable and very reliable and very fast!
It is a bit annoying that they recently doubled the delivery fee from about $6 to $12 which significantly raises the cost per book.

Thanks Ronni, we do try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and we subsidise the real cost from carriers, but, sadly, the volatility in the world can mean costs on certain country routes increase. As and when they reduce we do and will bring costs back down as well.
