Mine bricked two months out of…
Mine bricked two months out of warranty, Ohme not interested. Not fit for purpose, section 9 of the CRA specifically states that the durability of goods is one of the primary factors when determining whether goods are of satisfactory quality.
unfortunately it goes back to installer/supplier. I’m on legal advice who have recommended joint claim, with supplier, under section 75. I’ve quoted, ‘Not fit for purpose, section 9 of the CRA’ which specifically states that the durability of goods is one of the primary factors when determining whether goods are of satisfactory quality. 🤔
I dislike that the company can leave a veiled answer but I'm unable to reply

Not happy, asked for help when my wall light stopped working, Govee Outdoor Wall Light RGBIC, 1500LM Smart Outdoor Light, IP65 Waterproof, 1 Pack | B0CYL19VVH. less than a year old, not interested in repair. 😡 Got an answer from Govee, looks good, nothing good happens though

Ninja Speedi 400 is a good machine, BUT! you can't proof bread, lowest setting is 60* (you can in the American version 301) You Don't have a keep warm function (there is a setting in the American one) Shame really, otherwise good

Hi,
We note your boots were purchased on the 4th November 2023 some 10 months ago. Generally if there is a fault in the waterproofing this manifests itself after the first few wears. Unless you have worn these a few times only it will be very difficult to challenge a warranty with the brand after this length of time. if you would like to send some pictures of the boots over to us with a brief explanation of what the issue is and where and when the water is generally coming in to the boots we will see if we can help any further but as stated this will be based on the condition of the boots when we see the pictures.
