A faster delivery for all items, not just some would be helpful.

Charged a deposite for a part that would be refunded once I sent old item back to Germany at my own cost. Fine as far as it goes... but then going to be hit with Customs charges to send the item back that made the deposite claim pointless.
Help from AutoDoc - ABSOLUTLEY ZERO!! - no help with customs guidance or ability to send to their uk location. They should explain this when a return deposit is required as it effects the real cost to the customer. Wont use again.
Great service arrived quickly , not used as yet , waiting for the weather to be kind . Will use again

I ordered four tyres which were allegedly dispatched immediately. Seven days later they were unable to locate them and the delivery service (DPD) denied receiving them. Autodoc agreed to cancel the order and give a full refund. I bought the tyres elsewhere. Six days later I still hadn't received the refund so contacted them again. After waiting 50 minutes online to chat with a human, Autodoc said I would have to wait for the tyres to arrive and refuse delivery and then they would immediately process a refund. At this time they were still unable to locate the full order and DPD tracking was still showing as not received from the supplier. Over the following days I duly received two deliveries of two tyres, several days apart, both of which I refused. A few more days and still no refund. I've now been adised that I will have to wait until the tyres have been received back at their suppiers. Almost a month after ordering the tyres I'm still without a refund and Autodoc have twice altered the refund criteria. The automated online chat is next to useles unless you have the most basic question and the human operators give re-assurances that are not fulfilled.

They are ok if you know what you are buying.
I've managed to order parts successfully a few times, but if the part does not match despite you entering the right registration number, then you have to return at your expenses to Germany.
I ordered a set of Brembo brake pads from AUTODOC after entering my vehicle registration into their website. Their system showed the pads as compatible with my car.
Because I wanted to be sure, I also checked the exact part number on Brembo’s own website before ordering, which also showed the pads as suitable.
When I came to fit them, they were clearly a completely different size and physically would not fit the car.
I contacted AUTODOC expecting them to simply arrange a free return, considering I had done everything reasonably possible to check compatibility before buying.
Instead, their customer service told me that car manufacturers “change every year” and that registration searches are not guaranteed. My car is a 2021 model — that explanation does absolutely nothing to address why a part advertised as compatible with my exact vehicle does not fit.
They eventually sent me what they described as a “pre-paid return label”, but then explained that they would deduct £16.66 from my refund for using it.
So apparently “pre-paid” just means I don’t hand the money over at the Post Office — AUTODOC simply takes it out of my refund instead.
This is not a change-of-mind return. I ordered the part based on AUTODOC’s compatibility information, double-checked it with Brembo, received a part that does not fit, and I’m then expected to lose £16.66 to send it back.
What is the point of having a vehicle registration compatibility system if, when it gives the wrong result, the customer is told the system isn’t reliable and is then charged for the return anyway?
I certainly won’t be relying on AUTODOC’s fitment system again, and after the way this has been handled, I won’t be ordering from them again either.
the service was very good thank you as allways

Terrible service. You enter your reg, given the part, pay for it and it is sent from Germany. Only to find the part is to small after attempting to fit.
Paid extra for easy return but when i put a request in i have to pay over half the cost of the part in postage, and they refuse it because of attempted fit!
Beware before buying parts that they in fact fit. I was informed that putting your reg in is not an "accurate way of ordering"!
Never use them again.
Sending incompatible parts that are listed to fit, got incorrect delivery location twice, had to collect myself - then having to pay to return to Germany! Its your mistake not mine! Used for a long time but getting sick of incorrect parts being listed, sort it out.
Terrible told me to reach out to there A I assistance will not allow that so tried no response , they just fob you off do not use you have been warned!!!!!!
This time you managed to send the correct parts woohoo it's a shame that you sent me the wrong parts on the last order though

It's a shame to have to give these even one star. Especially if you're ordering from the UK, pay little or no attention to the 'estimated delivery times' quoted by this company at point of purchase, because they are an enormous distortion of the truth. They also put an EVRI Logo next to the delivery estimate, suggesting that EVRI will pick it up on the kind of UK service we are used to from them. That couldn't be further from the truth.
In my case, I ordered on the 3rd Dept and the estimated delivery date of the 5th of September seemed reasonable, given it was an EVRI delivery. In reality, the product was not even dispatched until the 5th of September, and I'm told it will not arrive until the 10th. When I challenged this, they just told me to read the terms and conditions, and that delivery takes 5 WORKING DAYS after the item has been dispatched.
That means I'm looking at delivery around the 10th of September, which is more than a WEEK after I placed the order.
It's extremely difficult to get hold of someone, and I waited ages on an online chat only to be told that I should have read the terms and conditions. Many other reviews mention this, and it is also a violation of UK trading and transparency laws.
When I online chatted to them, they couldn't care less and just spouted out a load of prescribed responses. If you think you're saving yourself time, money, or hassle, don't bother. It's a false economy, and having to deal with these people isn't worth it.
