Been using this company for a while,always find them very competitive on pricing and their customer service is excellent,if any part that you order isn’t quite suitable they will contact you and advise on a replacement,Holly has been a great help in sorting the correct part for me

Absolutely awesome company to purchase motor parts from. My original purchase (Civic FN2 Starter Motor) was packaged up securely, and dispatched in no time at all. It arrived within 48hrs, and installed 100% as intended.

Initially the starter performed flawlessly, but just with warning just suffered total failure. This failure happened approximately 6 months of the original purchase date, after only a few thousand miles of use on the car.

So I contacted these guys explaining the issue I was having. They contacted me back almost immediately and promptly sent me a return label to send the part back to the so they could investigate the issue further. It was quickly confirmed that the part had suffered premature failure, and I received a full refund within the next 48hrs that followed.

Although it’s never a good time to deal with mechanical failure, when it did happen these guys made it as fast & painless as it could possibly of been.

You’ll do well to beat they guys 👍

I had a query about the correct lambda sensor for my Honda Civic, and both Hannah and Sasha provided outstanding support. They responded quickly, were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to confirm the correct pre-cat sensor for my vehicle before I placed my order.

Their excellent communication and willingness to help gave me confidence that I was ordering the right part. It's refreshing to receive such friendly and efficient customer service.

I've brought many parts of this company, found them to delivery quick, and well packaged. Issue, is there returns system. It's a shambles. Of late, some of the parts quality has been weak. And needed to return. It's a brick wall, told 12 weeks to investigate, but I have the parts. then after seeing how this investigation is going, fill in forms you name it. As long as the parts last, there gd. Dont expect a refund or parts to be covered by warrenty. You won't get anywhere with them. Part played up but noticed just after a month consumers rights they should sort the issue. Parts in motion avoid the warranty side. They don't make the parts granted, but avoid sorting faulty parts.

after you suplied napa ball joints as reported on trustpilot 2 out of 3 would not move i was stupid enough to order another make from partsinmotion i did not know part of napa came today that one was also solid you would checked it before sending i reported 1st ones to citizens advice they have past it on to trading standards got another one to hand over to them for testing

Impossible site to find a part on. Try looking for an air filter. Which section do you pick? Not in engine. Not in clutch. Not in lights. Not anywhere. Gave up.

Customer service is somewhat good. However I payed for next day delivery as I needed it asap. It was sent with 2-3 day delivery so now I have to reschedule work time off, mechanic bookings etc. Not happy! Order number is - 5P2C0328717

I ordered a battery from Parts in Motion and they were, courteous, efficient, well priced and gave a free delivery service. The battery arrived within the two hour time slot, was safely packaged and fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again. I had several emails from Rosie just to confirm sizes as I needed a larger battery for my campervan than the makers recommendation. I will have no hesitation in using Parts in Motion again

Excellent service fast delivery quality parts

ordered car parts for serving two diffrent vehicles,checked with site on fittment,said they fit as registration check but both air filters were wrong fitting,cars were delayed for service and so warrenty swap ran out of time,now i have to reorder but it wont be with parts in motion this time.There is no guarantee they will be correct even if site says it fits,my advise buy locally.I asked if they wanted to help me to get in touch with me,you guessed it no reply or help.

I have spoken to multiple staff who have all been really helpful but Sabah sticks out the most, I ordered the wrong rear disks but Sabah helped me find the correct ones for my car and helped me figure out the returns, my mechanic has said how great quality the parts were and I’ve been really happy with the service I was even told about a sale that was live I wasn’t even aware of that helped me save money on my parts. Really highly recommend !!

Have used before delivery not bad. This is the first time I had an issue with missing parts and quite frankly they were pretty poor at trying to sort. There were a set of bolts missing from the package which meant we could not fit as they are item specific, got in touch very slow to get back said they looked into it but just told me item out of stock and can return. Very easy out option, now I need to send back and resource from another supplier meanwhile client will have no car for over a week and it will make me look very bad through no fault of my own. Live and learn not using online platform again even if slightly cheaper as the pain and time lost far outweighs any saving !!!!!!!!!!!
So ok, but of an update as I only think it’s fair. Now I know every supplier will have things beyond their control and it’s the way they get dealt with that matters. This was never about trying to get a refund or money off rather just to try and make as much as possible it happens to a lesser extent.
Anyway after initial contact I did get some very nice replies afterwards. Unfortunately they couldn’t source a replacement but at least they were speedy in letting me know so I could sort something out rather than been left in limbo waiting, which would not of helped my client, so thanks. They did offer a full refund but as I would have had to return and resource I chose to keep and just find the missing parts myself. To this and was not expecting at all they offered to meet some of the cost of these parts which was actually much appreciated but also beyond what I was expecting. I sent the invoice for the parts and they were as good as their word. Top marks

Car parts are sometimes difficult to make sure you’re getting the correct fitment for your vehicle . Parts In Motion are a welcoming find a company that believes in service.
They deliver when they say they will at very competitive prices .they also have a support department who sorted out a problem I had efficiently.

Purchased a car air-conditioning compressor and I am happy and satisfied with this company. They sent the item so quickly. They communicated and assured me that this item is fitted to my car. A wonderful company.

There was an issue that came up (unrelated to the seller Parts in Motion), but Parts in motion not only provided great & fast ustomer service, they resolved my issue with minimal stress and effort on my part. Took 1 day to resolve absolutely everything!
