Great prices and great service
Great prices and great service. Have only tried one of the 'house' robustos up to now, and it was a great smoke, certainly up there with the more established names. I'll certainly be a regular customer.

Quality from the get go
To be honest , came across Rebellion cigars by accident . Sent a small order through and impressed from the get go. Well packaged , good smoke. Already have second order on route as wanted to try there own brands and the pricing is very competative. Going to fill my humidor that i got for my birthday and going to join cigar of the month next , plus the odd spurge in between . If her indoor's allow's me enough downtime that is !! Lost stars for lack of care.
Used rebellion cigars for the first time recently, the order arrived on time but was missing cigars from the order. I emailed immediately and tried ringing a couple of times but no answer. To be within an hour I had a reply explaining the picking error at their end and they would send out the missing cigars immediately. Errors happen. However they lost stars based on the fact they didn’t post out the missing cigars on the day they were notified even though it was morning time, they despatched the missing ones the next day, I paid initially for express postage and didn’t receive the missing cigars until 2 days after notifying of the error. I still remain unsure as to whether I’d use them again. Shame as the first cigar I had from the delivery I really enjoyed.

Unfortunately by the time we had received and dealt with your issue it was too late to dispatch on the same day but we did send your missing items first thing the next day by express delivery so that you would have them as soon as possible.
