Not only do I love the Rains A Line raincoat but the customer service reps were unbelievably friendly, fast and helpful. I fell in love with the jacket on a trip and was sorry that I didn’t buy it. When I got home and sent an email to the company -I could not find the jacket on the website -they helped me so quickly! I love my coat and this company.

I ordered on June 1st and is now June 12th and I have yet to hear anything from Rains about my package that was supposed to be delivered to their store in 1-2 business days. I am going away for a month and they can keep their items. Never again. I need my money refunded.

I needed to replace the shoulder strap of my Rains bag because it was no longer holding its adjustment properly.

I bought a crossbody bag, looks really nice but material is bad quality.
First day of use, just wearing it to walk through the city and I can already see that it's damaged and material isn't resistant at all.

Very expensive for that result

I received a Rains Hilo Weekend Bag as a gift and noticed straight away that the detachable shoulder strap was defective, it happens.

I contacted Rains support not really knowing what to expect, especially since I didn't have a receipt or order number. They couldn't have been more helpful. No pushback, no hoops to jump through - just asked for address to ship replacement. Got a UPS tracking number later that day and the replacement strap was delivered the next day.

Outstanding warranty support and a brand that clearly stands behind their products. Already a fan of the bag, now a fan of the brand too.

I love Rains design so have bought a number of products - mainly bags from them. Ordering and delivery has always been easy and consistent. Recently had an issue with a zip and their digital claim experience and the management of a complaint was excellent and I keep telling everyone about it.

I bought one of Rains' bags and after just the second use, the internal lining came apart. Disappointing at first — but what happened next completely changed my view.
I contacted their support team, they acknowledged the defect without any back-and-forth, and arranged to send me a brand new replacement. But here's the part that genuinely surprised me: they told me I could keep the defective bag too.
That's not just good customer service — that's a company that actually stands behind its products and treats its customers like adults. In an era where getting a refund can feel like a legal battle, this was refreshingly simple and generous.

Had a problem with my rain pants (seam was torn, a hole in the front of the pants).

Rain offered a voucher as I was within the 2 year warranty, and I still had the invoice.

Rains is the best! Bought an amazing backpack, loved it and the strap thread was poorly sewn on so it fell apart. I contacted the team and they sent me brand new backpack. The quality is unreal, great service too

Great bag with nice texture and color
Buckle is not practical. Also should be more adjustable to allow one to fold top more and shorten bag as needed. Should have some pockets inside with zipper. Side pockets to allow for water bottle. Back straps to be wider on the shoulder with padding for more comfort

Well constructed, and comfortable to wear

I’ve had two bags from Rains now, and both have been fantastic! First a back pack for my laptop! Really good, sturdy and stylish!
I’ve just bought a weekend bag and it’s the perfect size, also amazing quality, and fits on the luggage shelves on trains with ease!

Charged me $11 to return an ill fitting set of slippers, otherwise returns process pretty straught forward =]
