I have my green curved Rains coat already for a couple of years and the quality is still excellent. Two weeks ago I lost my belt while out with my child, so I sent a message to Rains if I could order a new one and they were one, so kind through communication, and two, they are sending me one. Such great service (too)!

The best and quickest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was missing a hood cord and just wanted an idea of where to get a replacement - they replied immediately and put one in the post to me free of charge. Very impressed!

Visited the store in Dublin as I needed to try on the Chelsea style dry boot. The staff were more than helpful, I sized down and the boots are perfect. I walk dogs early everyday and need water proof boots as often the grass is wet with dew and in Ireland we also often see rain!!! These boots are keeping my feet nice and dry, they are a fab addition to my Rains wardrobe.

Terrible experience in the Copenhagen store, went there twice and despite having no customers in store the sales staff was just talking to each other of how their they were and their weekend plans. They didn’t say hi upon my entrance in the store. Their conversation was more important than service. Do not recommend at all to buy there. Terrible customer service and experience.

Firstly, I would like to thank Danielle. Ismani for assisting me with my warranty claim. She was very professional, kind, understanding, and most definitely deserves a raise!

Customer Service through email is absolutely amazing. They work on a timely manner, and get information to you when you need it. Additionally, they provide you with the appropriate options (accordingly) to your needs. I had recently requested a warranty claim, and they made the process so easy for me. I will forever be a customer for with them. Especially for their quality and consistent aim for water resistant products.

Store workers were snobby, never even looked at me while I was asking questions. Spend your money elsewhere!

I often by items at Rains, it's good quality products.
I had a problem with one of them, the client support was very reactive and offered a very satisfactory solution.
I only can recommand the brand.

The service is amazing, my zipper broke of the bagpack and they replaced the whole backpack. The responded in a very efficient and kind way. Highly recommend them.

The zipper on my roll top backpack broke. I contacted the support team with proof of purchase and a photo, and they replied very quickly and provided me with a voucher refund code to replace the bag.

I had an issue with my order because I had ordered the wrong size bag. Rains immediately responded and I could change my order. Great customer service

My RAINS package was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. They were not helpful. But when I wrote to RAINS and explained the situation, they jumped on it and quickly replaced the item. I felt completely happy about this since it was a gift for my husband's birthday. At a time when we are forced to deal with automatons and employees who are trained to talk to you as if they were automatons, it was wonderful to have the people at RAINS take on the problem and solve it. Thank you RAINS. I have always been a fan, but now am an even bigger fan.

Got an outstanding service with a small free part replaced after one year. The backpack itself is great!

Hello, I recently found a bag from Rains that I really wanted. When I first searched for it, I could only find it available in the UK. I reached out to customer service, and they responded immediately and were able to locate the bag for me here in the U.S.
