I purchased a few raincoats and rain pants in different sizes to try on for a holiday. Unfortunately, they were not a great fit for me as a size 14 woman, so I sent them back following the instructions I received from their customer service. After I received confirmation of delivery from the courier and updated my payment method (Klarna) to say I had processed a return, they contacted me asking to cancel the 'chargeback' so they could refund me. I told them they need to confirm with Klarna, not myself, as that was my payment method. They have since refused the return and refund (an order worth hundreds of pounds), despite proof of it being returned. Believe the other reviews. Terrible company.

The customer service here is the worst and for the price of these raincoats it should be better. I ordered 2 rainkiss products for myself and my husband. My jacket fit great however his (poncho) was too small in the length of the arms. I contacted Rainkiss to return his and first they responded with follow the return instructions on the site which I did in which the Rainkiss site gave me instructions to send my jacket from the US to NL which was $40 to ship back. I emailed them again asking could I ship my rain poncho back to the US address it was shipped to me from and never got a response. No one ever responded I mean are you kidding me? I paid $80 for a raincoat and no one would respond. I will never order from them again and even when I wear my jacket and get compliments I will make sure to tell that person don’t order from this company because of their lack of response and inability to help their customers return items. I don’t get it…if you shipped from your US warehouse then why can’t I return to that same warehouse. Never again.

The very best and most style-forward raingear out there! They can handle any deluge - think Florida-in-tropical-storm situation - and look fabulous at the same time. I’m stopped and asked about mine whenever I’m wearing it. The shipping can take a while, but they are well worth it.

Bough some waterproof pants and was really excited and happy to support a sustainable company but immediately disappointed when they arrived. I understand they are recycled but the material feels super cheap and kind of horrible to wear, the pink panther pants are not as pink as they look on the website or even on the tag they come with. For the price I expected much, much better. The fact you can't leave reviews on the products on their website should have been a red flag. Will be returning them (although it looks like I'm in for a painful return process reading other reviews) and do not recommend this brand.

I am waiting for my refund for a couple of months now. It reached the point where the customer service is lying that the refund has been processed, but it hasnt been. I am beyond frustrated.
Reading other comments, I see this company is a scam. Stay away.

I’m in Belgium and I have 3 rain jackets in different designs and a cup, to match any outfit and activity. Absolutely love it! Even biking through pooring rain I stay dry. I bought my first jacket maybe 3-4 years ago, and it still holds against water like new, all isolated seams are still fine and color has not faded. Love it!

Absolutely love my Rainkiss poncho! Super lightweight but still keeps me completely dry during bike rides to work.

I bought an anorak, it fits very well, oversized vibe. I love it for outdoors as it also breaks the wind.

Great service, my whole family has one now, even the dog :) i love the poncho but for just walking around the city with light rain I steel my husbands shorter version. There was a delay in our postage but the customer service took care of it swiftly and efficiently.

I bought a tote bag, the herringbone. It arrived super quick and have been using it lot. Perfect for my laptop and water resistant. I carry it with me everywhere on my bike. Perfect purchase, would 100% recommend.

Items are very expensive for what they are and were way too big for me despite website saying they should fit me. Decided to return them but could not get any response from customer service before or after returning. I felt like they were ignoring me so that I would end up just keeping them. I had to escalate to PayPal in the end to get my money back. I wouldn’t shop here again, the service is so poor.

The item is fine, but the customer service trying to exchange it for the correct size is appalling. I followed the instructions for returning 2 child ponchos to exchange for the larger size child ponchos, which cost me $20 to return mind you, and they have not responded to any email I have sent inquiring, and I haven’t been refunded either. I’m so deeply frustrated and appalled at their service. Currently it is theft as I have no ponchos and they still have my money.

Bought rain poncho 1/2 price, exactly what I wanted, light and folds into a pooch. Highly recommend.

I bought a raincoat. It was over 100 euro. It arrived and it feels cheap and plasticky so I want to return. Website says to contact the email address with reason why and order number and they will be happy to advise how to return.
I've contacted numerous times and no reply. I haven't been able to return yet. You only have 14 days and I feel like they are doing this to prevent having to issue a refund.

Edit to add I finally got a reply about how to refund and I sent it back nearly a month ago by registered post and nothing from them despite emails being sent. The reviews saying the customer service is excellent must be employees being paid to write them because there's no way. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and their product is cheap tat. In the meantime I've bought a beautiful, stylish coat from Ra**s. Worth every penny unlike these gangsters.

The customer care is really kind and available to solve any problems! My pocho has been lost by courier and immediately they gave me another one for free! Super!!!

I contacted Rainkiss about an issue and received a quick, friendly and very fair response. The process was uncomplicated and left me with a lot of trust in the brand.

The ponchos are simply the best – beautifully long, with a large hood and perfect for cycling.

Unfortunately I haven't received my poncho. I contacted customer service to check what happened with my order but no response. Poor customer service and wouldn't recommend to no others.

I made a mistake with my shipping address as the system automatically filled it in from a previous order. I tried to contact the company in three different ways: by email, through their website and via Instagram. They do not provide any phone number to reach them.

After five days with no response, I finally received a brief reply stating that there was nothing they could do. By then, of course, the parcel was already gone. I am now in the wrong country and unable to receive my order.

This is worse than poor customer service—there is effectively no customer service at all.

*** Just a little update about the situation. Nothing have been done to help me.
