Arrived damaged, poor quality frame
I ordered a 100 x 70cm framed poster for more than £90. The poster arrived damaged with the frame burst and the glass cover shattered in the corner. The frame looked very flimsy and poor quality. I contacted customer service and the only options they gave were a 30% discount or a free replacement so long as I return the product to them, which isn’t easy to do with such a big item. We’re now looking into buying an alternative, better quality frame from elsewhere - not impressed.

You do not send items to Croatia! So I ve ordered and send it to my friends address in Viena. From the moment I ordered and pay to the moment you gave the parcell to DPD passed 11 days!!!! 🙄🤔

The canvas itself is of great quality
The canvas itself is of great quality, the print is exceptional and I have no complaints about this (and this is the most important aspect of the order).
My complaint is instead about the frame, it looks good but feels of low quality and has no good ways of hanging, only two small sockets on the back. There is no middle socket, adjustable slit or notch, nor a steel wire, so that I will have to install myself, except I'm worried the frame will be damaged in doing so, as it is very brittle.

Unfortunately the poster is very synthetic and it smells strongly of chemicals. The smell doesn't go completely away with time and airing.

We package our wall art directly after printing, therefore not all odours may disappear immediately. However, please rest assured that our printing inks are certified and not harmful to health.
After unpacking, please allow the product to breathe overnight if necessary. The smell should normally disappear after one to two days. If needed, you can also place the poster near an open window or in a sheltered outdoor area for a short time.
Of course, if you do not wish to keep the poster, you are welcome to contact us at hilfe@posterlounge.de, and we will gladly provide you with a free return label so that you can send the order back to us for a full refund.

Recieved my order a couple of days ago. Brilliant. No issues at all.
From the date or order to actually receiving it was 17 days to the UK
It came packaged very well and was delivered by DHL. Once DHL actually had my order, it arrived 2 days later.

The process from searching for three posters to freshen up the staircase wall through to actual delivery was efficient and painless.
