Slow delivery, creased posters
This is not a U.K. based company so any deliveries into the U.K. have to cross borders —-in other words, deliveries are slow and waaay beyond the delivery timelines quoted on the website. I ordered a set of posters on August 17 and received them September 4th despite a 5-7 day delivery estimation.
Furthermore, the posters were not packaged in tubular and were all creased in the same way (from the poor packaging).

Premium delivery and timeframes are misleading
I recently ordered a poster and paid for the premium delivery, which is quoted at 5 -7 working days. However, I have since discovered that this an inaccurate timeline due to it being shipped across a border apparently and therefore it is more likely to take over 9 days. When I tried to re-arrange the delivery, response from customer service was slow and unhelpful. Despite indicating that I would not be able to receive the delivery if it did not arrive within 5-7 days, and requesting to change delivery location, the item was sent anyway. Very frustrating and, more importantly, misleading content is published on their website about their delivery service.
