Non existent customer service
I’ve ordered a poster, which arrived with a black line running down one side of the poster. Have emailed them straight away requesting they re print and post it again. I have sent several emails and still no reply. Do not use them, the customer service is non existent.

Company seems like a scam!
I ordered and paid for a product over 7 weeks ago and it has not arrived. I have emailed numerous times and received one response stating they were still going to send it soon, but it has not shown up. I have requested a refund and have not heard back from them at all. It seems like this company is a scam!

Did not ship and no response to messages!
Promised fast shipping of my order and did acknowledge the order the day I placed it. However, now 2 and a half weeks later order not shipped and no response to multiple emails to check on the status of my order. BE FOREWARNED!

Bad shipping quality :(
All posters arrived in one box and there was a wrinkle so ALL of my posters had a wrinkle in the center of each of them.
I also had to pay a customs fee of $80 to get it released. I'm just going to ASSUME that this is listed somewhere on the site and I overlooked it instead of being furious.
