I got sucked into an auto ship program I did not sign up for. To return the item the charge is $6. This is a very dishonest company & their bras do not fit.

The bras are very soft and comfortable. Being a large breasted woman they provide excellent support

The quality of the product is topnotch, it served the purpose, truthful as described and restored my confidence

I really like the products. There was an issue with my order being delivered to the wrong city (most likely my fault). Shapermint sent me the order to my correct address even before they received the original shipment back.

I love the new Shapermint Essentials Everyday Comfort Straps Wireless Shaping Bra I purchased. It is the softest and most comfortable bra I have ever purchased! I loved it so much, I went back to Shapermint to try another style of their wonderful products! I was skeptical at first, but now I am a believer - you will not regret buying Shapermint products!

I recently purchased the wireless jelly bra from Shapermint and was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit. I don’t think I’m alone when I say I hate bra shopping. I’m almost 64 and gravity has taken hold. This is the first bra I found that supports the girls and doesn’t make me want to rip it off the second I get home.
For reference I am a 32DD.

Absolutely love this bra! It fits perfectly, provides amazing support, and keeps everything in place while maintaining a beautiful, natural shape. What I love most is that it gives me the support and structure of an underwire bra without actually having wires! It offers the perfect combination of comfort, support, and shaping without digging in, poking, or feeling uncomfortable.

It feels great throughout the day, looks flattering under clothes, and provides exactly the support I need without sacrificing comfort. The fit is just right, and I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

I bought 3 different products of which 2 I love and the other just is the slightly wrong fit for me but the actual product is great. I did an exchange for that one which was easy and communication with the staff was great. I would definitely buy again, shipping to NZ was about a week or so.

I now have 5 Shapermint bras and I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand. They are comfortable, well made, and I love them.

I can't believe the 5-star reviews on this site are legit.
The company has highly deceptive return policies and automatically charge a monthly "subscription" fee that no one asks for and no one gets anything for having. Trying to cancel that subscription becomes impossible. There is a Facebook page run by scammers in Africa instructing people to contact them. If you do, they will tell you they are sorry and will refund you with an added inconvenience reimbursement. That's the red flag that you're being scammed. The actual Shapermint company knows about the scam and does nothing to shut down the fraudulent pages. Shapermint themselves are owned by an e-commerce group in Uruguay. That said, if you need to return anything to Shapermint, you won't find an easy way to do it until you file a BBB complaint. Then they will respond to your your complaint.
