The site is easy to navigate
The site is easy to navigate and the bra descriptions and filter options are good. The only issue was that once I put something in my cart, there was only an option to checkout. There was no option to keep shopping. I had to use the back button numerous times which was time consuming.

Website is user friendly
Website was easy to use. Items were displayed on models who were not rail thin but real size women. Placing an order was a little tricky but I managed to change my mind to get what I want. Looking forward to receiving product.

I recently purchased 3 crossover contour bras through a “bundle” promotion. The packaging is impressive with each bra individually packaged with tissue to keep the shape of the cups. It just reinforces that you are receiving a high quality product. The bras are so comfortable and I love the way they fit. I contacted customer service prior to placing my order to get some help with sizing and also to help with bra selection. I spoke with an AI bot and a human!!! All very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Since I discovered Honeylove in 2020
Since I discovered Honeylove in 2020, I’ve never bought any other brand. I had breast cancer and went through both lumpectomy and breast reduction. Comfort is very important for me and I’ve sttuggled with underwire bras. Most non underwire don’t hold up shape but not Honeylove. It feels like a hug and the support is unbelievable. I recently lost weight and had to adjust my size. Honeylove was very patient and understanding with all the questions and returns and exchanges until I again found the right fit. Just superb customer service. Lastly, I gifted Honeylove to my daughter and sister… now they too are big fans!

Honeylove deserves every one of these five stars! Their customer service is truly 10 out of 10. Anytime I've had a question, concern, or issue, they have responded promptly, often the very same day.
Unfortunately, these days, it's hard to find companies that truly stand behind their products. Too often, you feel like you have to fight just to get an issue resolved. That has not been my experience with Honeylove.
I used to purchase my undergarments from other retailers, but over time, I noticed the quality wasn't what it used to be, and the customer service simply wasn't there when I needed help.
I've been shopping with Honeylove for four years now, and everything I've purchased has been 10 out of 10. The quality, the products, and especially the customer service have kept me coming back.
It's refreshing to do business with a company that values its customers and stands behind what it sells. Honeylove has earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend them!

I have not received my package
I have not received my package. I spent over $500 and haven’t received a thing. It shows the label was made and I was supposed to receive the package on 10.28. It is not 11.4 and the package hasn’t moved. It’s in Kentucky.. I’m very frustrated as I bought this for my wedding.

Not impressed.
I have no idea what the difference is between the bras when I was looking on my phone. just glad i can return them if they don't work out. also not impressed by how you "sized" me. We ALL KNOW one size by one bra co. is not the same in another. PLUS you can wear different sizes in the same bra co. I thought you'd you make me measure. So I have no faith in the bras actually fitting me.

I can not say enough about Honeylove…
I can not say enough about Honeylove products and customer service. Ordering a bra online is something I have never done previously but the reviews I read about Honeylove had me interested. I am so glad I finally ordered from them. It is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. There was an issue with the fit of one of the bras but Honeylove arranged for an easy return and exchange for me.

Comfort and Support
Although, I've had a few experiences trying to get the right fit, I've always have had nothing but positive final experiences. Its a new company overall, the bras are so dang comfortable, once you get the sizing correct, its just smooth sailing afterwards. The customer service, has been nothing but stellar, very quick to help and lots of follow up! Although you do get a ton of sales emails, thats ok, like I said, they're new and trying to get their feet wet, with what is beginning to be a flooded market of bra makers. Do yourself a favor, give them a try I don't think you'll be disappointed.!

Good Idea in Theory…
The CloudEmbrace bra was high quality but despite using their fit quiz, it squished my tissue where the bra meets my armpit into uncomfortable and unsightly blobs. I wasn’t able to return it within the 30 day window, so now I’m stuck with a $74 bra I can’t wear.

I love Honeylove’s bras, but…
I love Honeylove’s bras, and was excited about the bundles sale. In the end, I purchased two bras. The reason? Color selection. I have enough bras in black, white, and tan to last a lifetime. The bras I bought were a Moss Green color. There were others I was interested in but were sold out in my size. As a brown-skinned woman, I really wish there were better options for someone with my skin tone. Bras considered “nude” for lighter-skinned folks don’t work in that way for me. I would love to see more (deeper) brown shades, as well as deeper shades of other colors. Deep pinks & coppers, for example. And have those colors available in different styles. Make them a standard part of your line. In a similar vein, introduce mix and match bundles, in which the buyer can bundle bras in various colors to create a bundle that isn’t black, white, and sand. And for heaven’s sake, adjust your production to meet the demand for sizes you routinely sell out of. I’m a 36D and that size seems to vanish quickly.
