The service is immediate and very accommodating. I’ve had immediate response to any questions and concerns with a very kind response. The tanks are well made and wonderful. I highly recommend Maggie’s Tanks and love supporting a small business!

Choosing the correct size is tricky. My regular bust measurement and cup size resulted in 2 sizes too small of a Maggie's Tank. But the customer service assistance I received was prompt and successful.

I ordered a larger size than needed and customer service was great helping with replacement!

The quick response to my request for a refund because the seams are rough and would be irritating to my skin. I am grateful to have the support with this issues. I hope that the follow through is just as kind and prompt.

These tanks do just as expected. They make you look finished without enduring tight, biting bras or sagging bralettes. Fabric is lightweight and seamless under clothing. I intentionally ordered a size larger because I didn't want compression. The first one I wore all day - pain free - and looked put together rather than having droopy parts and bumps. Such a WIN! One of the three was a bit tight so I contacted customer service and they took my info and stats and sent a replacement right away. So the things you should know so you don't panic about the negative reviews - they ship from China. All those pics of ladies my age who look like they're packing each order out of a garage in Wisconsin are for aesthetics, not an actual depiction. Relax if you can. Mine arrived in about 12 days - less than my orders from the big box stores these days. Tracking was also similar to big box stores - spotty. They say the pads are sewn in and they are, but that means there's a sleeve where the pads go. They aren't a molded part of the garmet. So if you machine wash, you may need to reshape the pads. I hang mine to dry. This was my experience and of course, yours could be different but I love being able to comfortably look "polished" while feeling like I'm not wearing anything at all (again, I sized up for this feel) and will be going back for more.

I ordered wrong size and when contacting customer service was answered same day and reordered and received new correct size within 10 days.

I ordered my tanks and they arrived in a timely manner. I received an email for each step of the delivery process. After receiving the tanks, I received emails explaining how to take care of them, how they should fit, and their policy if I wasn’t satisfied. I wore my tanks for approximately 2 weeks and found the fit was not quite right. I replied to the email that instructed to do so, if the fit wasn’t right. I got an immediate response! Sent the information requested and the team is resending my tanks in a larger size with me only responsible for the shipping! The team at Maggie’s Tanks is wonderful and very helpful! I had a problem with the top I purchased and it was taken care of promptly and graciously. Much appreciated

Received my first order of tanks, but they did not fit me properly, so I responded to an email that was sent upon delivery. I received a quick response and after providing additional details, a new order of a different size was processed and no product needs to be returned. But there is a $15 shipping fee that needs to be paid, which is disappointing. I really liked the feel of the tank, so I agreed to pay and hope the new size will be more comfortable, but supportive.

Terrible. I ordered four and washed them according to directions on the web site. Two of them had two cuts in the cups, like they had been cut with a knife. I did not use a knife or scissors when opening the packages and all packaging was in tact when I received the package. Would never buy again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I love the tank, but the size wasn’t quite right. They offered me a solution right away. Their response time was excellent and I am looking forward to getting my new tank as quickly I received my original order. Excellent customer service. You don’t see that much anymore!

Although very good about keeping me informed with emails, it seemed like it took quite a while for the product to actually get to be. Then again maybe it's just because I was so anxious to try them. All in all service was good. Product is fabulous.

This is a great company. They are easy to get ahold of and reply promptly. And if anything is wrong with the tanks, they fix
it. And the tanks are well made and feel amazing.

The tank feels amazing!! You really don’t feel you have anything on. No more tugging on straps…no more cutting lines or chafing under your breast. I can’t say enough about the tank. Grateful to have ordered the tank. I actually need to order the next size and plan on doing so.
